Service has been inconsistent. Each time Ive went the service was okay with maybe a small hiccup. Nothing more than you would expect. But my most recent experience is definitely the worse. Yes it was Tuesday, which usually a lot of customers are coming through for the discounted wings but upon arriving with multiple open tables it took nearly 20 minutes for my party to be seated. The waiter completely over looked my table and continued to tend to other customers that were seated after us. Every table around us had been seated after we arrived, yet got their drinks and orders before us. We waited 20 minutes just to order our drinks and food which took another 1 and 15 minutes to arrive. Some of the food was missing which led to more wait time. The fries were not up to par but the waiter did remove those from the order thankfully. Little courtesy was shown by staff about how long the wait for our food was or when the food was being handed to a friend and a drink was knocked over, they didnt even offer napkins to help wipe up the mess. Sadly the wings were very dry some looked like they didnt even have sauce when i asked for extra sauce. The amount of time wasted at BWW was a complete disappointment. There were additional problems that occurred throughout the night but i feel this review was lengthy enough. The overall night was a bust. BWW was a huge disappointment and ruined that night.

Well came in and was sitted at a table that was dirty when asked to be relocated by our seater I was passed of to another waotress without a word. That waitress offered to clean the table because it was crowded and I get that so we allowed them to clean the table. Waitresss took our drinks I ordered huckleberry lemonade came back with mango sent it back came back with berry lemonade kept it because it actually was kinda good Appetizers new jalpeno bites were perfect the wingers were nasty lathed in garlic parseman and thai curry which was overbearing and nasty thankfully the waitress saw my disgust and offered to do 20 more wings with the sauce on the side(why she got an 8 dollar tip instead of zero). They tasted better plain but it is a whole lot of bread and not enough chicken. Not saying there was a little the ratio was just off and where was the other bone I felt like I was eiting half a turkey wing or oversized genetically altered chicken with a bone removed. Btw while it was my first time having the tai curry I have had the garlic parseaman every other week since I moved out bear this past december and many times before that. It reminds me of that sad attempt at ribs in your middletown location felt like a teenager whos never cooked before experimented on me. But the soutwest bites that time was a good highlight.

I love BDubs as a chain, they cook your wings how you want them, and the sauces are very good. This particular BWW hasnt been very enticing for me. Last past couple times Ive ordered for pick-up, there were things missing from my order that I had paid for. The girl at the register somehow thought I told her to keep my change and pocketed my $5 and then gave me an attitude when I asked for my change that I didnt receive. The seated service is much better, and I havent once been dissatisfied with it. So the food that the chain offers and the seated service is this particular Restaurants saving grace.

The last 3 times I came, the service and the food sucked! My wings were small and burnt. I have been coming to BWW since they opened and never had a problem before..the waiters and waitresses were new and kept messing up my order. The one waiter said this was his second day, riddle me this, shouldnt someone still be with him on his second day??? Anywho, I wont come back here again..Im going to try the other one on Kirkwood highway. But I can say he (the waiter) was very apologetic! The manager said he would fix everything but never came back to my table smh

This is one place I really love to hang out at with my friends. I love the Artisan Spinach flat bread and Parmesan garlic wings. The service is pretty good and staff is friendly. The best part is the atmosphere within. Its always inviting and full of energy. Would definitely recommend this place. The place is easily accessible too on Pulaski Highway. The place can get a bit crowded on weekends though. We usually go sometime after 8:30 pm so as to avoid the rush.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is recently renovated and looks nice inside. There is a takeout desk, large dining room with many TVs, and bar area. Its a bit noisy (we actually like that for bringing our kids, dont have to worry about them making too much noise for the people around us). The food is exactly what youd expect from a wing chain restaurant; prices are reasonable. Service is generally OK. Can be very busy on game day and UFC fight nights.

Carin "forgot" to put our order in causing us to wait over an hour for our food. But its okay because it was her "bad". My Touchdown Spike tasted like straight syrup. She messed our order up TWICE. We asked for boneless and didnt get boneless. The ketchup was empty. We had to ask were the rest of our order was. My flatware was missing a fork. We didnt get any napkins.. Were not coming back.

Unfortunately, I really do LOVE Buffalo Wild Wings BUT EVERY SINGLE TIME Ive gone here (only takeout), either they have miscounted the portions or the food was not pleasing at all. There is NEVER enough sauce and it just makes the food taste dry. I always have to speak to a manager & its just sad to say the very least. Hopefully they can turn things around soon!

Waitress was the most careless individual I have ever encountered at an eating establishment. It was so bad that her coworkers were telling her to be more professional. She took forever to take our orders, was not helpful, and was not friendly. The bar staff was great and helpful, but this waitress did not do anybody any favors by working there.

More like a 2.5 instead of a solid 2. Cancelled my groups reservation for a Saturday night and comprised our plans for the entire night. The service is normally pretty bad but you cant beat their Tuesday and Thursday specials. I still bang with them only because of the Parmesan Garlic wings, so theyre are not completely dead to me.

The wings are consistently dry. Hardly ever any sause on them. They are also over cooked. Be prepared to wait also. The wings take a long time. Dont get me wrong the atmosphere on game day cannot be beaten but if you expect great wings dont go there. But to be fair if its not crowded then the wings can be very good

The chicken is good takes a while to get food, so come there not that hungry. Come either early or not during the weekends because tons of people are there. Ive seen worst restaurant and this one is by far the best because its neat and tons of big screens to watch.

Fun atmosphere and more TVs than anyone could ask for. However service poor more often and than not and the food needs to be sent back at least once. If youre looking for wings hurricane is the same price with bigger portions and better quality
