Masala Kitchen is a small spot that has big flavor. Everything seems to be made in-house, and everything is vegetarian, but doesnt lack in flavor or savoriness. They have 3 spice levels and will help you through the menu if needed, usually. They can get busy and are sometimes understaffed, but the food is worth the wait. The prices are very affordable. They have three or four tables with 4 seats and a very small high-top window bar area to sit at with about 4 tall seats. I recommend the veggie burger and the pair of Vada. We fell for their Groupon coupons. You may like this food, IF you have never had authentic Indian food. Spices are to be used in moderation as medicinal herbs. This was a poor attempt in masking ill-prepared food by numbing the victims tongues with fire. Their high ratings on google show that people are often victims of their own low expectations with life, and proof that hungry people will relish anything thrown on a plate. This place is an abomination. Keep your family safe and stay away.

Maybe my expectations were over board and maybe it is no fault of theirs. Food was not absolutely great. The Paratha and tea made up for it. Space was limited too. The couple running the place were very sweet and authentic.

They have the most amazing and authentic tasting Indian chats I have tasted. Though I have never encountered any waiting at the place, it is better to order ahead via online as parking is not free.

Their food is amazing and the whole entire menu is vegetarian so its healthier compared to other places in the area. I dont have many favorite restaurants, but Masala Kitchen is one of them!
