today is saturday march 4th 2017 at 1230 i called and place an order they said 10-15 minutes and i could pick it up 1247 i walked in to pick up my order they said they just put it in it will be about 10 minutes i said ok waited in my car until 1pm and when i went back in they said it would be another 5 minutes this is BS i mean they are busy but no one is waiting for a seat ive seen it much worse but this whole ordeal was just dumb maybe if they didnt hire nothing but criminals and people covered in neck and hand tattoos maybe they would have better service

This IHOP is in a strip mall on Concord Pike northbound. Southbound traffic will have to use one of the two traffic light intersections to make a left turn into the strip mall. For the most part, the food at this IHOP is about what I would expect from the chain. A large part of the menu is breakfast-focused but I noticed that theyve added new items, such as the fancy French toasts. Service was good enough, despite the Sunday morning breakfast crowd. However, I have to agree with a previous reviewer that the booth benches need to be sturdier.

Staff has been very friendly whenever Ive gone there. Got our food in reasonable time despite the place being absolutely packed (20-30 min wait just to get a table) on a Sunday morning. Food is really great for the price range and I would go there every Sunday if I could. Maybe it depends on your server and what you order but I have never been disappointed when Ive gone there. Always leave stuffed and happy with a doggy bag to boot!

Dont eat here, seriously dont. I was back in the kitchen doing some contract work, I saw serving utensils fall on the floor and the staff just pick them up and put them back in with the food. Not to mention the numerous unemptied fly and bug traps. And one of the cooks was constantly wiping his nose/face with his sleeve. How the department of health hasnt closed this place down baffles me.

Our waitress is amazing and overwhelmed! I just saw something horrifying. I watched the top of the unused coffee pot sitting at the edge of a set up table fall to the floor after the manager bumped the table hard...he watched it bounce on the floor and then bent down,picked it up and put it back atop the coffee pot and walk away like nothing happened.....I now dont want to finish my coffee

This is one of the most horrible Ihop I have ever been too. First the service is horrendous, even though this is my second time eating here first time I try to give him the benefit of the doubt so once again I received horrible service. I will never come back here ever again and if youre smart you will never eat here ever again do not come to this place.

Food was alright, yet service was terrible. It was only moderately busy, yet we were completely ignored by the staff during our meal. Multiple things were added to our bill that we did not order, and when we tried to explain the manager was rude and hardly helpful. A half hour meal dragged into over an hour due to incompetence. Would not eat here again

Ive been coming to this location for about 2 years now, and I have to say, its a pleasure to come here for a meal. The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive. The service is exemplary and that just puts the icing on the cake... because the food is awesome! Keep up the good work everyone! You got a repeat customer in us!

This IHOP is apperently good but they need to change the dishes very soon.you can see the plates have lots of crack on it.If somebody is to a restaurant to dine the atmosphere should b like a restaurant only where a person can relax.Paying money for dining and getting the same home type feeling is not accepted from IHOP atleast.

We came in and the waiters were seating down.We were seated but they never came to offer us drinks. They were laughing and never got up to help us even though the place was almost empty. Im never coming back to this place. I wouldnt recommend it. Go to Dennys they have way better service.

Ill start by saying that Im not a huge fan of chain breakfast places and IHOP is no exception. However, I have to say that this is the cleanest and nicest one Ive ever been to. The staff is great and honestly the food is really good. I was surprised and our family keeps coming back!

This experience was horrible, I was not serviced properly at all. The manager was very rude and inconsiderate to me and my friends time and quality of food, some of are food while the rest was undercooked. My and my friends will never go to this Ihop location ever again.

Food great. Servers average to horrible. Environment tight but workable. Last visit I was double charged by my server who didn't tell me. Manager could do nothing but call me the next day. He never called. Customers are clearly not a priority to management.

Sunday morning breakfast with my kids. The place is crowded but the wait was short. Food and beverage was good. They could use more servers. During peak times at other places i have been always have two people working one table. I would come back!!

Breakfast for my 15 year old daughter and I? $ 30.00 way to expensive. Hot chocolate coffee pancakes 2 eggs hash brownso and 2 sausage links. It was good but just crazy expensive. Ill pass next time.

Lovely workers, nice and clean. Christmas music was a plus.....BUT there is hardly anything for a vegetarian to eat. I wish they at least had a veggie patty.
