I was completely disappointed with Red Robin tonight. Busy, but understandable for a Saturday. Got seated with two kids(which I prepped them for by asking for a booster and highchair) in a booth with neither of the seats I asked for. The booth table was so high that as a 63" male I had difficulty sitting comfortably, this was magnified for both my children and my wife who are considerably shorter. Even when they brought a booster seat, my son couldnt reach the table without standing. Our server came over and took our orders for drinks and food. We ordered chips and guacamole, a cup of tortilla soup and requested the kids stuff come with apps and our dinners. I ordered a beer, my wife a coke, and two waters for the kids. The chips came out before our drinks, no kids meals or soup to be seen. Our adult drinks arrived with no waters for the kids. We asked for silverware and napkins twice before getting our food, still no silverware when our food arrived...all of the food arrived at the same time. My wifes tortilla soup was more Sour Cream than soup and her salad should have had grilled chicken but it was microwaved. My burger had more steak sauce than flavor and the fries were so salty I could have used it to brine my tongue. Needless to say this is a total breakdown in BASIC service. We saw our waitress three total times, order, drop off check, pick up check. The food service industry gets worse every year, Im almost disgusted to say I ever worked in the same field as some of these people.

I asked for the large size of their new mac and cheese tavern burger, they brought me and order of buffalo chicken and a side of mac and cheese. I explained again what I wanted and asked for a menu (to confirm the server and I both were thinking of the same thing). No menu brought, she said she knew and would fix it. While my family ate their meals, I waited with some fries. Finally get the burger, its the small size, which i say is fine because i just want to eat and get going. There is so little a portion of macaroni that I can only taste them when they fall out of the burger. The little bit i did taste was great, though. The manager comes over, offers to make the right burger, I decline. Hes persistent, says its on them and hell wrap it up to take home. I say okay and ask for no lettuce or sauce on the new one. Get home, its not the mac and cheese burger, its a regular old burger. With lettuce. The food was just as Id expect it as far as flavor and what not, but from being seated, then told to move and the fiasco in my order, to the really, really slow service, I just dont think Id want to go again.

So as soon as I walk in I approach the hostess desk and the woman just looks at me, I look at her, she asks after that awkward silent exchange do "I need help", I tell her that Im looking for customer service and to be greeted, she stares at me again and then finally says can I help you, after I tell her Im here with a party and I would like to be seated she collects my information, come to find out this is one of the managers, Somebody needs to please train Debbie ( who is in management at this store) on how to properly greet the customer when they walk in the door, very concerned about the management at the store. Poor first impression....

Waited over the 15 minute time they told us the wait would be. There were plenty of open tables so we shouldnt of had to wait in the first place. Then they sat 3 other parties before us who arrived after us. I cant comment on the food because we walked out, but the menu looked good. This was my first attempt at eating at a Red Robin and I will never try again. The bathrooms were dirty also. If you dont clean where the customers see I cant imagine what the kitchen looks like.

I didnt like that the burgers are not really built to order (nor does the menu allow that option). You have to order burgers that have titles and predetermined toppings. Mostly all burgers have shredded lettuce salad (shredded lettuce caked in mayo i.e. Big Mac style) and tomato. I liked that you can choose your bread cheese and sides. I am a firm believer in allowing the customer to choose what they want on their burger as it is the American way. Service was great.

If you want gluten free hamburgers then try Red Robin. I go there when I want a good hamburger. One visit I was told to go online and order for a complete gluten free meal. You can do that right infront of the waiter. I always get gluten free rolls. You can sit ouside on a (manmade) lake where ducks and geese visit. There are two color lighted water fountains/shoots which are popular and people stroll the surrounding walkway which is viewed from Red Robin.

If you are looking for gourmet burgers, you will not find it here. If you are looking for a decent place the kids will enjoy this place is for you. Burgers range from tasty on a good day to terrible (based on day/selection). Fries are great (and bottomless!) and sauces are great. All in all not bad but put it in perspective. Servers are awesome hard working people but not set up for success as they are run ragged.

This place is just okay. It really needs like 2.5 stars. The atmosphere and wait staff are nice. However, the quality of food and drinks. The alcoholic beverages (Ive tried 3 different ones and all different nights) were just disgusting. Either too sweet or too sour and never a good amount of liquor. No, Im not trying to get drunk here but at least put alcohol in it!

Never received service. My family it seems was seated at a table where there was no server. Sat looking at menus for 15 minutes and a server never came. Was told by the manager to contact corporate only to find out they are franchise owned so corporate coldnt do a thing. The manager basically just tried to pawn me off on someone else. Will not return.

Today was a good day - all four orders were right with no problems, but I cant say its like that every time we go to Red Robin. Today, the waitress was terrific, attentive, and seemed like she really wanted to be there. Food was good, atmosphere was light and happy, and we enjoyed ourselves.

This is our third and final bad experience at this Red Robin. This evening, we were seated and ignored. We waited for 10 minutes and no one came to take our drink order while the couple behind us was seated and immediately had a server at their side. The manager seemed unconcerned

Got the Cod and Shrimp meal and got food poisoning shortly afterwards. Unless you want to spend your entire night throwing up and having diarrhea and nearly passing out on the bathroom floor of your house, dont get it. Last time I will ever come to a Red Robin restaurant.

Ordered to go and when food was done, as can be seen from wait area, staff were chatting and didn't even check on food until asked! Waited too long. Then when takeout box was open there wasn't even a handful of fries for such an expensive burger!!
