Worst Burger King Ive ever been to. I expect to poor service after a certain hour, but at dinner time when I am the only one in the drive-thru, I generally expect my order to be correct. Especially when its listed on my receipt. If you are not prepared to deliver menu options at least warn your customer. I ordered and paid for a chicken Parm sandwich and received A plain chicken sandwich with one slice of tomato and one slice of lettuce. I can get that from the dollar menu. When Im paying five dollars for a sandwich, I expect to get something a little bit more. Ive only ever had one good experience at this Burger King. Do yourself a favor and drive down the street to the parkway McDonalds.

Ordered 3 dollar chicken nuggets and a 1.69 drink. Total 8.25??? I called him out on this and the attendant said "just give me 6 dollars" while not fixing the order. I declined and walked out. Id be aware of Levante at the counter and be sure your order is right and charged correctly. Good luck, i wont be here again, so i wont see you there.

My boyfriend and i drove out to this burger king tonight and i am so unhappy and let down i ordered the chicken fries and apple cranberry salad to go. well got home the chicken frie dried out and awful must of sat out all day and omg the salad lettuce was brown as was the apple chicken dry awful no hope never again going to BK

Best Burger King Ive ever been to. The shift lead, Malcolm, is one of the nicest people Ive ever met and has exceptional customer service skills. He helped my friend and I out when we needed help. Give that man a raise! Thanks to Malcolm and the rest of the crew here for keeping my friend and I coming back again and again.

This is the 3rd time I hiked out to this place for them to shut down 25+ minutes early. The workers here told me openly they support the work of Kim jong un and generally have bad attitudes. I will not be returning to this burger king unless I need to drop a heavy one in the bathroom. And there was a roach in my burger.

Dirty...indifferent lazy help and a manager they hate.if you insist on eating here be ready for everything out of stock. .no cup lids no ketchup cups..most napkin dispenser empty. .no toilet paper in restrooms. .oh and youll get the wrong order and it will take forever to get it. Youve been warned. ..

Nasty food - even for burger king standards. FILTHY Bathrooms...there was stuff on the walls that belonged in the toilet...rude employees. Even the college kids at WCU know better that to eat at this rathole.
