My family and I went to try Cupcake Heaven this afternoon. I expected to pay a bit more, simply for the cost of doing business and item costs currently are higher than normal. With that being said, the flavor and moistness needs to be there and it was lacking in all of our cupcakes. A customer doesnt mind paying for a product as long as the result is that they are left with a WOW when tasting the product. In this economy if that isnt delivered on, the consumer will go elsewhere. Not everyone can be made happy but blaming it on communication wont solve it. It comes down to consistency in the product and it always needs to be there, especially when you, the owner, would like to have new customers. A repeat customer who knows your product will overlook a less than par product because they know that isnt the norm, but for a new customer, they are left to assume thats how the product is.

I had been looking forward to trying the cupcakes at Cupcake Heaven so when we were in the area celebrating my daughters 2nd birthday we figured wed pick up some cupcakes for her birthday. I went in and selected 1/2 dozen cupcakes. It was $13 for 6 cupcakes! Double the price of grocery store bakeries. I thought with that price that theyd be made with quality ingredients and that theyd be well worth the cost. I was wrong. The cake part was mostly stale and didnt have much flavor. The icing was okay but nothing super fantastic. It was really disappointing. Even my 2 year old only licked some icing off of the cupcake. She took a bite of the cake part, made a face and spit it back out. Definitely will not be back.

I got a dozen cupcakes for my husbands birthday and ordered them over the phone for pick-up. I knew at the time they were $2.50 each when I ordered, so I expected to pay $30 when I went to the shop to pick them up. However, I saw a sign on their counter that they were $2.50 each or $25.00 for a dozen. Thats nice, right? No, it ended up being $30.00 after all, since I ordered them ahead. Kinda discourages you from ordering ahead. I thought they’d be a little bigger, but they were nice.

I recently had my daughters birthday party and I ordered two custom cupcake cakes through them. I did the order over the phone and emailed them the design that I wanted incorporated in both cakes. When I picked up the cakes they were absolutely perfect. Not only were they beautiful but they were delicious as well. The prices might seem expensive but with the quality that I received it was worth every penny. I will continue going there for all of my future events.

This place had DISGUSTING cupcakes! They tasted like they had been sitting in the heat for days, not to mention that the store was so hot that the icing was literally melting and had the most disgusting consistency! The cake portion of the cupcake was dry, stale and crumbling apart. The icing was too sweet and tasted like it was getting ready to spoil. Keep your money and buy cupcakes from the ACME down the street, they will be better!

These cupcakes are nothing special. Honestly I like homemade much, much better. I tried the sugar free- very dry cake, icing was a cream cheese base, nothing spectacular. The gluten free one was gooey like it had not baked long enough. The vegan cake was again dry and nothing special. The only good thing I tried from this bakery was the buttercream frosting on a cupcake "sheet cake". Definitely wouldnt recommend these cupcakes.

I bumped into this bakery when my son was admitted at Dupont hospital a few weeks ago. I love the vanilla and chocolate cupcakes, the frosting is Sooooooo Delicious, and the cupcakes are moist. I live about 45 min away from the bakery, but ive been back twice since i discovered it. I plan on getting all my cupcakes there from now on.

Just couldnt bring myself to buy anything here. The icing looks like a two-year old was set loose with a box of Crayola markers - far too vivid. The piping is unprofessional. Fine for a 2nd birthday, but unappealing to anyone else.

The vegan cupcakes are good but outrageously expensive. There should be a rewards program or coupons for returning customers. The staff is friendly though.

Expensive price tag for completely stale cupcakes. Gross.
