Too pricey for amount of food on most things. Sandwiches are chincy on meat...always an issue there so I stopped ordering them.Thursday I ordered a large bowl of Alfredo which was $8.69 and i getvit home and it was half full. Very deceiving and extremely disappointing. I always feel like Im getting ripped off. The only redeeming thing about Panera is the food tastes good. Their iced teas, egg souffles and scones are delicious. But the value for your money on other items is just not there. They could do so much better, its a shame really. I would eat there more often if there werent other places that give you better portions. Chipotle is right down the street and for the same amount of money I can get a huge bowl filled with meat and veggies. Panera needs to step up their game and stop ripping people off.

Used to work there. Employees dont stay on task enough, things dont get done in a timely enough manner which leads to customers waiting too long for orders, and management is....adequate. The company is respectable, which makes it a shame that Paneras good name is dragged down by a couple choice employees who clearly do not deserve the position they are given. But that being said there are employees there who make and save the business and deserve so much better than to work there.

I eat at this location quite often. Sometimes there is only one person on the register. That is okay in off hours, but this has happened at 1:30 in the afternoon...still prime lunch time. I have also had a couple of experiences where the staff was rude. I suppose this could be to due to under-staffing. The food is good, although portions of some items seem to have gotten a little skimpy.

I go to a lot of Panera Breads everywhere. The service can be variable as well as the food product. This Panera is pretty good with food prep but wildly variable on service. It is my belief this variability is in management rather that the frontline staff. This is My Panera. Its closest to my home. It gets moat of my business. I just wish it were more consistent.

The management there is incompetent. I had an issue using my rewards there and the woman at the register was extremely rude! If you go and a VERY heavy-set young woman with dark hair is waiting on you, pick another register! She is rude and incompetent! Her manager is equally incompetent. I will never go back!!

The person behind the counter was very nice, but this is the second time Ive come in for a "free" bagel and there was almost nothing from which to choose. So the service was good, but the selection was terrible. If that happens, it would be nice if we could also choose from the pastries.

Horrible service. Have always liked their food, but this location has very poor service. Stood for 10 minutes waiting to be helped and when someone else walked up the women helped them right away. I had to be rude and yell to get someones attention to be helped. Avoid this location.

Kirkwood Hwy, is by far the worst Panera. Regularly under staffed. Regularly runs out of coffee during the morning hours. Out of 10 Rapid orders they screwed up 8 so make sure you always check the bag. I enjoy Panera just do yourself a favor and find another location to frequent.

I love panerd bread! Best food, great cus svc. The only thing i dont like is when they change the menu and replace your favorite food item with something you have not interest in trying. 5 stars though bc its a great spot to eat, work, relax and chit chat.

My wife and I enjoyed another fine lunch at this Panera. I had a half chicken salad sandwich and a small green goddess chicken Cobb, she had the half size same salad. Wait time was reasonable. All good.

Although Panera Bread offers many helathy foods, I cannot give a high rating to a restaurant that uses iceberg lettuce for caeser salad. It should be Romain lettuce. Using iceberg lettuce is cheating.

My wife and I often have lunch at Panera Bread. They offer heathy soups, sandwiches, and salads. We usually get the Pick Two, salad and 1/2 a sandwich. It is just enough to sate my appetite.
