This place is really popular during the weekday lunch rush due to the close vicinity of many businesses. Its hard to find a seat during those times. The food is really good and the employees are nice. The wait is a bit long though and Ive had some instances where my order was wrong. Other customers around me shared the same experience. The cost is OK, but not exactly cheap. The sweets and pastries here are excellent! The rewards program is decent as well with discounts and free stuff depending on how many times you visit them.

This was my first visit to a Panera bread in some years. I did not feel like I received a value for my money. I ordered the choose two option and i got a warm 3/4 full bowl of soup and a half sandwich which fell apart and a large piece of bread (more bread than anything) and was charged $11.00. I dont think i will go there soon again!! Also there are no prices listed on the menu board. Maybe the execs at the local pharmaceuticals can afford this but not me!!

Awful service in am...Food good but the woman at the counter never smiles, is so slow and acts as if coming there is an imposition on her time. Have been there 5 times in the am since the spring and she is still there and still slow! This morning I just left out and went to Wegmans...Better training needed or something...

Is Panera and good, but their process seems disorganized. My coworker ordered a specific order to go , and the specific food was not in the bag. Item was a parfait I believe, the woman in the back said woman in the front was supposed to have handed it to us. It seems like they need to have a meeting to work this out.

Very good soup, but when the restaurant is busy the service is a little slow. One of the best looking Paneras. I would recommend eating in the restaurant, because you get at least 4 more ounces of soup in the bowls when you eat in the restaurant than takeout.

I waited 8 minutes for 2 sandwiches, and one of my sandwiches had fell apart. It resembled a salad more than a sandwich. A trainer named Amy made it. Thankfully we were reimbursed for the wait with two cookies by an associate named Laura.

Decent service. I am usually in and out within 10 minutes. They dont always get my order 100% right. The food tastes good, same as other Paneras. The workers are reasonably friendly and helpful.

Ordered a chinese citrus cashew salad with chicken. Didnt have chicken, and instead of having pineapple, it had pear. Im allergic to pears. Not the first time theyve screwed up an order either.

Cashiers was incredibly rude. I tried to ask questions about whats on the menu and whats included, and she got mad and shook her head and wouldnt answer. She had zero patience. So rude
