Stopped ordering chinese food on campus due to the food being so much lower quality here than anywhere else. Its like everything is injected with a bunch of sugar - for example, the general chicken is dressed in a thick red goo that taste like glazed chicken. When it comes to customer service, I received the wrong item the last two times I ordered here. When you call, you literallly cant understand them and they make no attempt to redeem themselves. After the second time, I got fed up and complained about getting the wrong food again. They offered me 10% off next purchase if I just keep the food. Honestly, I have a hard time believing there is a worse chinese food place out there. Even a cover-up, money laundering restaurant run the triads would have better food. In conclusion, dont waste your time and money. This city would be better off if this franchise location shut down.

DO NOT EAT HERE !!!!!!! Decided To Stop Here On My Lunch Break & Ordered A Lunch Special Which Is $6.25 , The Rude Counter Lady Said " Minimum $8.00 On Card " So I Brought A Drink . As Im Waiting For My Food Another Lady Of Indian Decent Came In To Pick Up Her Lunch Special For $6.25 She Swiped Her Credit Card With No Problem . When My Food Was Ready I Asked The Counter Woman Why Wasnt I Allowed To Swipe My Credit Card For Just The $6.25 , She Looked Surprised & Acting Like She Didnt Know What I Was Talking About !!! African Americans DO NOT EAT HERE , THEY ARE PREJUDICE AGAINST OUR COLOR !!!!! AND THEY WILL HIKE UP THE PRICE !!!!!!!

DONT EAT HERE!!! RUDE AND DISGUSTING!!Forgot an add on item. Could have charged me for a shrimp egg roll instead didnt put it on my order. When I called to ask why and see what they would do, they screamed "so sorry so sorry" In my ear. Wouldnt give me any info on manager or owner. Repeated hung up after screaming in my ear. Didnt want to give me a refund till they threatened to call the cops while Im still on the phone with them. I had to return to their establishment with my dinner and get a refund but had to threaten to call the cops on them to get it. I will be following up with the BBB.

We stopped ordering from here a long time ago - the food had gone from decent to mediocre at best. Tonight though, everyone in the house was ill, and Chinese food sounded good. I saw the ratings had gone up, they were the closest and they delivered. We were all very pleasantly surprised. The Wontons in the Wonton Soup had gone from mealy to firm, and the filling had a hint of spice. Everything was great. We will definitely be return customers.

The delivery was fast! It just took 15-20 min. This is what I ordered: - chicken chop suei: it wasnt bad but I just ate the chicken because regarding the vegetables it just had lettuce (the chicken wasnt amazing either) - sweet sour shrimps: they were good - egg soup: good The side of rice is quite small. To sum up, this is not the best Chinese place ever, but it is ok for when you are craving Chinese and you dont know any other place in the area.

This place used to be our second favorite Chinese take out joint. Not anymore. They changed many of the menu items and made them cheaper with very poor results. When I called to let them know, the woman on the phone responded with " what cho wan for 10 buck?" Now we stick strickly with Ming Kitchen. They are always the best and have been for years.

Its great they have delivery,, I just wished they had edible food. The food didnt taste fresh at all, and it was very bland and/or greasy. We actually threw it all out. Hit Joy Garden next to Acme in Suburban plaza. Its worth the drive.

The worst experience. My girl and I got the sesame chicken, rice with vegg, and shrimps with noodles, by the way those were 5 minishrimps total. We were feeling sick few hours later. Nausea for me, diarreah for my daughter

The food isnt great but its cheap and good enough when youre cramming at 11pm. You definitely get what you pay for, but its edible, pretty tasty actually, and a killer value. If you want grub on a budget I recommend.
