Really bad. My family ordered delivery from here. Their menu was in our hotel room - i didnt think to question my father in laws choice of restaurant. Not only was the order wrong, but the food was terrible. We got: 1. pizza (terrible) 2. turkey (inedible) 3. Mashed potatoes (made from a box, tasteless and really thin - inedible) 4. String beans (drowned in oil and tasteless - inedible) 5. French Fries (fried too hard) 6. Buffalo Wings (fried too hard. not bad, but not good) I threw most of my food out and I *hate* wasting money and food. Absolutely hate it. But yo - it was that bad. It is as though the Masseys business concept is "Make the worst food possible and sell it to ppl who will occasionally/frequently make poor life decisions" If I had time, I would 1. Protest in front of the restaurant while sending contemptuous looks of scorn to all employees of the restaurant 2. Hang up the phone when people called to place orders and 3. Deliver occasional motivational lectures on pursuing ones passion (the first lecture would be "Quit things you suck at and find your calling somewhere else") but I dont have time, so I will only copy and paste this review across the internet so that other people wont make the same mistake my family made. Dont eat here. You have been warned.

I ORDERED FROM THIS PLACE & I ORDERED 10 CHICKEN TENDERS AND FRIES . TEN. NOT ONLY DID IT TAKE 1 WHOLE HOUR TO GET TO ME ALTHOUGH I DONT EVEN LIKE BUT 2 MILES UP - THE ORDER WAS WRONG. I OPENED THE BOX TO COME TO 6. 6 CHICKEN TENDERS AND FRIES AND ONE HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE WHEN I ASKED FOR 3 EXTRA. WHAT SENSE DOES IT MAKE TO GIVE SOMEONE 6 CHICKEN TENDERS AND ONLY ONE SAUCE!!!!!!! NOT TO MENTION THIS IS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. SO WHEN I CALLED HE TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE EXTRA 4 AND THAT 10 CHICKEN TENDERS AND FRIES ISNT A COMBO. I NEVER ONCE ASKED FOR A COMBO AND EVEN IF THAT WAS THE CASE - COMMON SENSE WOULD SAY TO CHARGE ME FOR 10 CHICKEN TENDERS AND FRIES SEPARATELY!!!!! WHY NOT VALUE WHAT THE CUSTOMER SAYS. THIS PLACE OVER CHARGES FOR EVERYTHING BUT REALLY HAVE NO REAL COOKS. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. HOW CAN YOU CHARGE AN ARM & A LEG FOR YOU FOOD & YOU ARE LOCATED ON THE CORNER OF JUNKIE CENTRAL. I WISH THIS WAS A CORPORATE PLACE SO THAT I CAN TAKE MY COMPLAINT FURTHER BECAUSE WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER THE MAN ON THE PHONE CLAIMED TO BE THE MANAGER "SUNNY". My husband and I routinely order from this place because their food is really decent takeout. The people that work there are always rude and short. I frequently get put on hold when I call in very rude ways. I have never spoken to anyone who works there who isnt rude and ignorant. There are always small problems with our orders (the bread was left out or they send coke instead of diet coke). The food always takes much longer to come than you are told when you call. In the past, we always just dealt with the minor issues because of the quality of the food. However, no more! One of my favorites from Messeys is a Greek salad piled high with toppings. The last time we ordered, they failed to include salad dressing. I called the restaurant only to be screamed at over the phone by one of the morons that works there because I refused to understand that they didnt have any salad dressing. Had they said so when we placed the order, I could have happily ordered something else. Instead, nearly 3 hours after we placed the order, I finally got a refund and returned the salad to the driver. From now on I will settle for substandard food as opposed to no food.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered through grub hub. Ordered a cheese steak special. It arrived soggy and un edible. The steak on the sub didnt even taste like steak. It tasted like old grease. I asked them to put cheese on my fries. They called and said $1.50 extra. Ok, no problem. they literally melted 2 slices of cheese on top of my fries. There was old bay all in the bottom of my container and I ordered NOTHING with old bay. I ordered what I thought was a "slice" of sweet potato pie. It was one of the small already made pies that are smaller than the palm of your hand. $2.50. Overall I paid $15 for a meal that I had to throw in the trash!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Absolutely horrible. Was at the Hyatt and they gave us the ad for this place. We ordered 2 pizza, some wings and a soda. Took over an hour to get the food to the hotel. The delivery person called us to say they were here. As we get down to the lobby we see they gave our order to the WRONG people. We called to complain and the place didnt care; reluctantly we placed another order for the same thing.... Another hour later were still waiting for those pizzas... We finally get them after 2 long hours it was not worth the wait. Pizza Hut and Dominoes make a better pizza than this extremely unprofessional business.

Extremely dissatisfied. I ordered the Masseys grilled chicken gyro. It looked delicious. The pita has been grilled which is great however the "grilled" chicken was...Lets just say that chicken wasnt grilled this year. It tasted old. The chicken was actually hard. It could double as a dog bone. It has zero seasoning. I ate it within minutes of purchasing it so I cant blame it on getting cold. I will Not be purchasing from Masseys again. Perhaps if I was a stoner I mightve found the meal appetizing.

Pissed to the max My order came to my house there were two men in the car neither of the men wanted to get out and give my 10 year-old son his food then when I ask them where my food was the guy in the passenger side held my bag of food up and said its right here and put it back down on the floor between his legs I had to come out my front door to his car to get my food and he tells me they no longer get out the car to deliver I said will you no longer will get a tip

The Search For Truth
I was warned not to eat there, but it is the only place that is open very late that will deliver to my job. Big mistake! I had nonstop vomiting and diarrhea for over 24 hours after eating bad food (meat) from there. Another time, co-workers of mine had ordered from there (despite the warnings!) and they threw out all of the food because it "was so nasty." I highly advise no one to eat any food from there under any circumstances.

I ordered delivery and the items that arrived were incorrect. I called to let them know and found no resolution. They passed the phone around 4 times in attempt to confuse me and make me hang up. I have had this happen to me twice now. There are many options with better food and much better customer service. I would suggest ordering from those other establishments.
