Im not one to usually write reviews but I really dont understand the bad reviews this place has received. Ive been a regular customer to this pizza hut for over 2 years. Dine in, carryout, delivery, Ive never been unsatisfied with the service or the food. Once I ordered carryout and one of my pizzas werent exactly correct. I called the store and the manager had my pizza remade and sent by delivery so I didnt have to bring the kids out to pick the pizza up, very accommodating. Ive had staff members help me place an order over the Internet on my phone just so I could get the any pizza $11 special. They dont have the bacon ranch sticks on the menu anymore, but the server will charge me for the bacon on my pizza and have the cook make the bacon ranch sticks for me, I really appreciate that! They do tend to get busy around dinner time but the food is great and having to wait a little longer for my delivery or even my carryout order is worth it, knowing that my meal is going to be fresh, hot and delicious. I love the stuffed crust pizza, pasta is good, wings are great, salads are fresh, and if there is a problem because things do happen, the staff is friendly and try their best to make their customers happy.

if i could give them negative stars i would. I ordered at 940 pm and didnt get my order until 60 minutes later! I called the store and spoke with the manager who proceeded to put me on speaker and laugh and make a joke with the rest of the employees. Then when i told her i didnt think i shouldnt have to pay she told me that she didnt know what to tell me. Then when the drivwer actually showed up we told him we werent tipping him and he was exremely rude and requested we just give him his money... I then went to eat my pizza and realized it was cold and had NO SAUCE!!!!! When i paid 2.50 extra for extra sauce... I will never eat at this store again. and i do not highly recommend it to anyone. Go to the elkton one instead!!!

I placed the order and was not asked for a payment method, when the driver got there she said I had to call the store to pay with the card, all is well and good I have no problem figure it was just a mix up. When I call the person who answered (the driver told me it was the manager) told me it was my fault and was generally rude to me when I was simply trying to give her money for what I had ordered. I dont foresee myself ordering from this Pizza Hut again if this is how they treat their customers.

Ordered a few times from this location , not impressed over prized and low quality . So many pizza shops in the area this one is off the list ! Orders Cajun fries and there was all of 15 in the box !! Third time I ordered them and same thing . So pizza hut of northeast MD is scratched off the list .

Ordered at 745p....after SEVERAL phone calls, order finally arrived at 925p. Yep, over 90 minutes to deliver to marina in Charlestown. Oh, and this was the second time for "delayed" delivery...today is a Thursday, by the way.

This place usually has slow service. They often forget to fill up your beverage. If you are near this Pizza Hut you should probably go to Hunan Wok because it is much cheaper and they have better quality food there.

Dont trust them with your catering business. Pizza tastes good so long as it gets to you when they say they will. Management is not concerned about the customer and is not beneath flat out lying to cover their bums.

I think that pizza hut makes the very best pan pizza. This pizza hut is hidden at the end of a strip plaza behind a coffee shop. The staff is friendly and the food is served fresh and hot.

Guys never go eat in at this pizza hut. The staffs are rude. We waited at the lobby for 7 to 8 min no one came to take our order dissapointed .
