Every time I order here, my order gets messed up! I dont know why I still order from here expecting different results, maybe because its the only Pizza Hut within 20miles of my home. Living n the country you only have but so many choices and I love Pizza Hut pizza yet Im always disappointed. My 8yr old son said, "Mom why does Pizza Hut always mess up our orders?". I told him he may have to work there when he gets older so he can get our order straight. And why on wing night are there only 4 ppl working. And the manager said contact corporate and make your compliant because they wont allow anymore workers. Does Pizza Hut treat their employees that bad, maybe I shouldnt eat at Pizza Hut then.

I attempted to call eight times in less than an hour and no one answered. I let it ring at least five times. You are one of the few places that deliver in Princess Anne. Lets just say that I went with Cafe Milano instead. Im not one to write bad reviews but this is ridiculous! I have a little one at home and delivery is all that I can do at this hour. This has definitely left a sour taste in my mouth and Im not sure if I will order from the establishment in Princess Anne again.

This pizza hut is complete trash. Every time I call there is always an issue. The service there is terrible. The people on the phones will hang up on you and are rude. They often times dont staff well and refuse to deliver. They regularly get orders wrong. Do not order from this Pizza Hut. You are much better off hopping in the car and driving to Salisbury for Dominos. I would rate them 0/5 stars if I could.

Terrible service, never a delivery on time. Always waiting atleast an hour. Dont like to answer the phone and if they do Im on hold. Needs to be under new managment asap. Plenty of other good places to eat in Princess Anne that care about thoer business besides this dump.

Terrible customer service over the phone. The young woman who answered was very rude and not customer service oriented. No thank-you or youre welcome was given; furthermore, she hung up the phone before I finished talking. This was Tuesday October 9th at 7:20 pm.

What an absolutely horrible experience. The manager, Sachelle, is an absolute liar. She lied to us about when our pizza was coming out and also lied to me about it being done on time. I would stay as far away from this place as you absolutely can.

Terrible costumer service. Food a lot of the time is wrong. Workers hang up the phone and when you ask for a manger they wont give the manger the phone. Dont waste your time its terrible
