This pizza Hut is garbage. We ordered this Saturday night for a party. Placed our order at 4:30 so it would be here by 6 so we could see a movie in Ithaca by 8. The pizza never came until 8:30! I stopped in around 7 to see if I could just pick it up and the place was a frenzy of workers who had no idea what they were doing, a manager who kept cussing and swearing and also looked like she had no idea what she was doing and angry customers. They told us the money we paid would be refunded. It wasnt. We called the next day and were told by a snotty manager that it takes two days to refund. Its now Tuesday and still no refund. Dominoes has my business now.

Not a good Pizza Hut location. Very run down inside (stained and rotted ceiling tiles, window frames molded and rotting, etc.). Staff seemed unkempt and unprepared to take an order and serve people. Food took an exceptionally long time to be delivered and bill had obvious mistakes that needed to be argued out to be corrected. Pizza itself was far more greasy than any other Pizza Hut locations weve visited. Bathroom was a one person type and was not kept clean - and we were the first guests upon opening.

The service is very friendly and extremely busy . People in this town are shallow and trashy..to say anything negative about these people Heres an idea go f u self... Theses hard workers desearve your loyality Or go eat else where But u keep coming back dont ya Because it was so bad.... Thank u pizza not all us are cortland trash

Pizza is ok... kind of greasy and fake tasting. We visited when our favorite local pizza shop was closed for renovations. It was ok in a pinch. The interior of the typically shaped building is the same aged style that I believe most pizza huts to be in. The staff was friendly though and made for a not unpleasant experience.

This place is ridiculous.... The crew seem to have no clue what is actually going on or how to operate a restaurant. Delivery is an absolute joke... They said 30 minutes and it took almost 1.5 hrs to get it. Food was not good... Wings were gross... Wont be ordering from this pizza Hut ever again!

It was like a step back in time. It was very dated. Tables were not cleaned off the entire time we were there, which seemed like forever. They ran out of the pan pizzas and by the time we left, nothing was left to order. Extremely disappointing. Bad all the way around.

I bring my grandpa to pizza buffet people are nice when u walk in but the food suck the buffet was not good very poor options and when I first walk in the door when they were open but I had to wait 10 minutes for pizza I rather go to IHOP

this isnt even really pizza....its crap with tasteless toppings manufactured somewhere else weeks ago...cheap dough...the only feeling I have after eating this is sick and depressed that I did it again

Staff seemed undermanned. Tables were dirty. Bathroom had an unpleasant smell. Phone rang continuously for nearly 3 minutes. Food came out quickly which was nice.
