This much anticipated restaurant in Greenville has been a disappointment since the day it opened. There is a lack of sensitivity all around. The lighting is harsh and usually at a level to accommodate the cleaning crew rather than the sophisticate clientele who live in close proximity. The quality of the sound system, mounted in the ceiling, is embarrassing and the volume most often inappropriate for gentile dining or pleasant conversation. The crew of bartenders act like they do not realize they are working in the hospitality industry. In general they are inattentive, unresponsive, and have little personality. This restaurant is missing its potential and in need of a sophisticated front man with some Panache. The food is of good quality and the menu appealing. The craftsmanship and quality of the interior and woodwork excellent. Somebody should buy this restaurant and give it some sophistication, and class, and it would be a gold mine and credit to the community. Right now it is ordinary and lacks a soul.

Came here tonight for a quality meal before a major surgery tomorrow.. you know the dreaded last meal, unfortunately it made me look forward to hospital food. The filet the first time came out and it smelled funny, very grainy, and could hardly cut with a steak knife. After we made them aware they brought a new filet. The new one was the same and this time came out with the glaze that we requested not to be on the meat.. after we made the waitress aware the meat smelled and my husband was having a hard time stomaching, it still sat in front of him.they apologized for the meal still Paid for the rest of the menu items but it was our special dinner before the last surgery for breast cancer so honestly a major let down and its too late to go somewhere else

Had a very disappointing experience here over the weekend. Service was bad, food was okay. We werent given any utensils to eat our food. We asked for them, but our waitress never came back. Ended up having to go to the hostess stand ourselves to grab utensils. I had the fall and winter harvest salad - it was basically a bag of mixed greens with the tiniest amount of beets and sweet potatoes on top. No toasted walnuts like the menu advertised. Giving 3 stars because they have a solid beer selection - I couldnt get any though because our waitress kept running away before I could order one.

Bland, Overpriced, Boring, and Served with Extra Lint. This is NOT a brewery anymore and they dont serve any special beer. Boring strip mall location with average atmosphere. Totally flavorless burger with no sauce and a dry crappy white bun and utterly boring fries. The pretzel appetizer came with out of a bottle sauces and was nothing special. To top it off, the cloth napkins left my lap covered in lint. Dont wear black if you want to use your napkin. Most of the menu is quite pricy but if they cant even make a decent burger, I wouldnt gamble on higher priced items.

Our first time there. Sat us at a dirty table. Wiped it down when we were seated. Took forever to recieve our drinks. When they finally came, I was not given the correct wine. The food took 35 minutes. I had the stuffed flounder, my grandson had the meatloaf. They both tasted like a salt lick! Interior of building needs a facelift. Our server was cordial, but inept. I had the crema pinot noir which was delicious! $106.00 dollars later. Will never go again! I never mind spending the money on a good meal! Our meals were not good. Janis Regener.

The drinks and food were delicious. I ordered the BBQ Ribs and they were tender and of VERY high quality. The BBQ sauce is not overpowering and is very tasty. The coleslaw is a dry coleslaw (not a lot of sauce) but is still really good. Price is a little on the higher side, but it is in an affluent area so thats to be expected; just dont expect to leave without spending at least $30-40 per adult, more with alcohol.

Spectacular!!!! I wasnt coming in with high expectations. I was sadly mistaken. The house soup was incredible, the filet melted in my mouth. The portions were perfect. I tried to find something to complain about, I just couldnt. The staff was friendly, I never had a half filled glass of water. This was one of the best meals I had in a long time. I will definitely come back.

Website Out Of date. Disappointed when I discovered they do not brew beer, even more so considering thats the reason I came here. some member of the staff was hitting on the hostess, blocked my way to my table. Kinda pissed me off. Not all are to blame, waitress was nice, food was decent.

Be careful on tabs. Gave CC to open tab and paid cash at the end of night. Tore up all credit card receipts and put in pocket and was assured that all was good. Look in morning and CC charged for the tab. Called and got refunded but will not go back and have to worry over this again.

Its a comfy laid back bar, only down side is its full of stuck up Greenville people who believe their poop doesnt smell. They talk their hyped up jive, thinking they rule the world when in actually their significant other is boning their poolboy or babysitter. Good food though!

I tried the burger it was not bad, but not great. The calamari appetizer dish was terrible. Calamari were rubbery, not crisp at all, chewy and flat tasting. French fries no crispiness either, soft and mash-potato like. Stick with beer, their beer selection is decent.

Eaten here a few times with co-workers. Good food; personally like the blackened chicken caesar salad and when they did beer battered haddock on a Friday as a special...that was really good. Ive also had the crac cake sandwich, that is really good.

I found this place on Google maps as my boyfriend and I were in the area at Winterthur. What a great place!!! The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Also they had a great selection of different beers.

The BBC is a fun pub. Excellent beer choices from micro breweries to main brands. Many options on tap as well. But, We made the mistake to go there for dinner. My recommendation is go for the beer and eat at home

Great resturant, great food. The wings with the jack Daniels sauce were awesome. Almost didnt need the ribeye steak, but that was great too, as well as my waitress. Cant wait to come back!!!
