New in town and we needed a place for breakfast after out first night in the new house. This place had good reviews and was only a few minutes from our new place. It was busy, and thats usually a good sign and a guarantee that everything you order will be fresh. Of course one hopes that when a place is busy that the staff is used to the morning breakfast rush and that they can cope with it. They seemed to be well staffed though they still got my omelet wrong. And not just a little wrong, a lot wrong. Im not sure why, the young waitress managed to take out order correctly but a little while after that something was lost in translation and by the time the plate made it to the table...well... For me, I believe that its very but luck to send food back to the kitchen. I know she got it correct when we got our check. Its hard to reconcile this kind of service with the reviews that I read to choose this restaurant in the first place. So for now Ill put it down to incompetence because of the breakfast rush I hope it wasnt more than that. Aside from that, I can still give a couple of stars because the cost of breakfast was about what I hoped to pay

This is probably the best place to eat in Telford, Nothing fancy here, just a local mom and pop shop with some daily specials and the basics. They serve both breakfast and lunch and are open for an early dinner on Fridays. There is not a lot of seating in the place, but I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for two people. They are always busy on Sat. morning for breakfast. The downside is that they are not open on Sunday. The only complaint I have is that they charge me double for my eggs for some heart healthy egg beaters. I know egg beaters are more expensive, but no other breakfast place charges you double for them. Other than that, their prices are very reasonable.

The food was good, but the service was horrendous. We went in on a crowded day so half of our 6 people party waited outside, which we didnt mind doing. There are 2 tables that would support the size of our group and when we asked why we werent being seated, they told us that those tables were for a party of 5 or more. Their food is also very overpriced for the amount that you receive.

Ate breakfast once here, over priced and not very good. Just got a BLT to go, ordered with extra Bacon, received 2 slices, soggy bread, and nearly white tomatoes. The price was about a 1/4 more than normal. Toast was ice cold, Bacon was cold and hard, seems like it was leftovers from breakfast.

Two thick french toast breakfast the best in the world!!! New lunch menu is phenominal. Great quaint place. So awesome not to eat at a chain, great value for money, and the fastest service Ive ever had. Im from close to Phila., this place is a breath of fresh air!!!

I love the Towne Restaurant. They serve great breakfast all the time and are usually very quick with their service. I like the friendly atmosphere and good prices. My only complaint is that I wish they were open more for dinner!
