Just had a VERY disappointing dinner....... Turkey dinner ordered/ didnt come with the mashed potatoes, carrots, cranberry sauce..... Had to send back. Had ordered cup of soup as appetizer..... Waitress says /with dinner delivery..... U ordered soup....... Yes that was an appetizer!!!!! Dinner entrees had potatoes,carrots,cranberry sauce.....besides the turkey and dressing. By the time it ALL got put together........was cold, and never did bring rolls or bread..... Nor did she even Ask!!!!!! Husband ordered Belgian waffle..... Waffle maker broken, but did finally get that, but ordered Crisp bacon...... Have yet to see that . Manager came by and apologize twice for the delays...... One waitress bought water,another the food and didnt come back to check on us, third waitress brought check. Told check out person ...... Dinner was not so good....... Asked if there was anything they could do..... To late!!!!! Manager had offered early for dessert on the house....... Dont go for dinner!!! Been there many times for brunch or lunch....... Dinner sucked!!!!

On July 3, 2015 around 8:30 pm I came to Bob Evans to have a small dinner. It turned out to be the worst place ever to eat. I ordered hot tea and sent it back, I then ordered hot coffee and sent it back twice. I then ordered hot chocolate it was okay with the exception too much whip cream. I ordered grilled chicken breast with mashed potatoes. The chicken was way over cooked and too much gravy for the mashed I received. The biscuits I received at the end of my meal and the cole slaw was full of water. The best thing was the cheese twist. My husband had country fried chicken breakfast it was a tad edible. Sad place. The person taking the order was in training and the one training her left her alone. So two big problems food was bad and service was bad and yet still got charged about $30. I worked in restaurant business for a very long time and this was just sad.

Well where to start well for starters it took around 7 minutes to be seated and the place was empty. After which we noticed the silverware was dirty(gritty). The coffee cups that are left upside down on the table as a standard Bob Evans protocol when flipped right side up revealed nasty coffee residue left in the cup. I ordered soup(potato cheese) well it was very dry like plaster to the point you could stand a spoon in it. They charge us for the children in the party even though they ate free. On top of that beverages we ordered were wrong. The only semi nice thing and the only reason it gets 2 stars versus 1 is the waitress was nice. Probably the only way I would go back is if I was kidnapped by ISIS and threatened with death and even then death maybe a better option(joke but still).

Looks nice inside but our waitress was less then enthusiastic and the food wasnt very good. Our waitress actually asked us to put our ketchup bottle on the edge of the able when we were ready to order, to me (who yes, does have waitressing experience) that came off lazy considering it wasnt busy in here. So every time i needed anything in order to get her attention we had to put the ketchup bottle on the end of the table. Is this a general practice of Bob Evans? It felt very impersonal, is there a reason the waitress couldnt actually come out to check on us to see if we were ready to order or if our drinks needed refilled?

Ordered grilled cheese and chicken noodle soup for lunch. The soup was a full cup of homemade noodles with maybe a couple spoons of broth, all devoid of any flavor. Salt and pepper didnt help. The adult grilled cheese has part of the cheese cooked on the outside of the sandwich which sounds good but was a brown, hard mess. The waitress asked me if I wanted another regular grilled cheese as soon as she served it. It was that unappealing. Even the cashier, whom we told about the soup, said "I know, its terrible. " We will not be returning.

Went in to be seated just before 8 pm. Place was nearly empty. Once we got seated with menus no one ever came to greet us, get us drinks, or take our order. There were 4 or 5 people who were seemingly waitresses who were intent on cleaning to leave at 9. Sever of them looked at us and then looked away. After ten minutes if this, we left after complaining to the manager who said "Really?" I will never go back to this particular Bob Evans. This was experienced by John Borden and his granddaughter.

AMAZING!!! Me and my fiance wanted something cheap because we were out shopping and were very hungry... Cherry bread was delicious! My fiance got the Pot Roast 3 course meal special for 10.99 and it was amazing best thing EVER and I got the chicken tenders with fries and macaroni for 7.99 and I LOVED it!!! Sweet Tea was incredible, much like our waitress AMANDA and the hostess MORGAN :) they were incredible and made the expirance very delightful!!!

Food was okay. I have the 3 course that included the entree, salad and dessert for a set price. For dessert, i ordered a slice of pie and was told there would be a dollar up charge. The menu did not specify the dessert was limited to just a ice cream sundae . Service was a little slow with our waitress not coming around to see if we needed refills on drinks except once. Restaurant was clean for the most part.

Lets see; coffee cups with residue, dirty silverware, the waitress forgetting to bring us new silverware, then trying to charge us for the kids meals that were supposed to be free, my husbands not soupy soup, my under cooked scrambled eggs, cold French Toast and/ or the wrong drinks. Best part of the my experience? Leaving.

Great service with a smile. Good food. Good prices and very clean. Every Bob Evans Ive been in is the same. I take my family Every week. I dont like the dinner they offer. Just the breakfast for me. Jane is the bomb. Very nice. The cook has too much on him at times, inturn this is what you get.... Burnt

unfortunately, the experience wasnt favorable... the food was burnt and not hot, the syrup was clumpy...whats that about? I ordered a cappuccino, the powder they use to make it was clumped together on the bottom of the cup... the whipped cream left an oil slick ... such a shame...

Place nearly empty and waited 5 minutes to be seated. I knew menu better than the server. Out of nearly everything at 7:30 pm. Eat at many BEs across the country. One of the worst here.

Service was great but food not so much. Biscuits were like hockey pucks and potatoes in our sunshine skillet were burned pretty bad.
