Its really hit or miss here. Very slow drive thru. They seem to be trying lately, but the first 8 out of 10 orders we placed since moving here were wrong and or missing items. All placed online or with app, you have to sit there in a very slow drive thru for 15+ minutes, then go thru every item in the bag if you dont want to drive back for screw ups. Workers seem nice enough, just no quality control. There is one woman working there that really busts her butt. Its a relief when we see her working because she remembers us and even recognizes our voice in the drive thru. Thats awesome! For ordering, It doesnt help how tb names items. A nacho cheese Doritos locos taco is crazy long for a single item name. Thats not including supreme, sauces added, plus or minus any lettuce, or if you want a different flavor shell. It adds to the confusion. One order we placed online just read, "#17." Then proceeded to list food items. We received the additional food items listed but not the combo #17. Cant fault the employee for that, I blame the way their system lists food items. Overall, be prepared to wait for your order and double check it when you receive it and youll be fine.

I have quite literally never been through the drive through at this location and gotten my order correct. I drove through once, and got a taco without meat. WITHOUT MEAT!!! I tend not to go back to a place and complain, I used to work drive through, I know how crappy working in fast food can be. I just cannot take this place anymore. I just stopped here again ( I must be a glutton for punishment) and I ordered three regular tacos, the girl taking to order asked if I wanted regular or supreme, and I told her regular, she ran in regular tacos. By the time it took for me to get my order I assume she was the only one working. I checked before I left to make sure all of the items were in the bag, and the girl acted like it was a huge inconvenience. I got home, and they were all supreme tacos. Not only were they wrong, she went out of her way to make them wrong.

Late night, passed 12. I thought I was getting robbed by the line that quickly arrived ahead of me. Literally within seconds I had 4 orders ahead of mine. The order was quick; I paid, I grabbed, I left. Got back to my hotel and everything was still hot. For a first time in a small town with this national service, I will come back.

I lost some important papers in the parking lot and didnt even know, but when I came back a few days later for my usual breakfast, the cashier Mariela, had my papers for me, she was waiting to see me again to give them to me. This place is the best!

I ordered the "Double Chalupa Box" I opened my taco it was full of roaches and I opened my chalupa and there were bugs in there too. They sad I had to pay again. I will never eat there again

This taco bell sucks. They are beyond slow and never get a food order right. There is literally every other type is fast food place within 2 minutes, just go there.
