Completely disappointed. The only reason I give a 2 and not a 1 is because this is the only negative experience I have had at any Texas Roadhouse and I know they are better than this. It took almost half an hour for 2 burgers on an early Saturday afternoon. When we received our food, one burger was burnt and covered up by cheese. The other burger was partly raw on one half and burnt on the other half. We expressed our disppointment to the manager and she said she would "take care of it". I never asked for a free meal, but I think taking only $2 off each burger is an insult to me and an emberassement to them. Texas Roadhouse is better than this and Im sorry I came to this location

I know the food is good; BUT, We had a group of people go there for a birthday party, so we called days ahead for our reservation; then when we got there, they tell us, oh, we dont do reservations, but you can wait for 30 mins in the line. So we waited and waited, for about 50 mins and when we get to where the hostess brought us, they were short by 4 seats; But 2 tables over was empty as they just left so we asked to sit there; They said NO! They were very uncooperative, so 4 of us wound up leaving. Believe me NONE of us will ever go there again.

I order take out from Texas roadhouse. The girl at the take out counter was the same one from the last time I went. She is very kind, moved quickly, very thorough and friendly. She remembered the sauces my children use for their tenders and that was very nice. My son Who is 9 wants to thank her for remembering his honey mustard. Im not sure of her name but she is great. Job well done! I always leave with a smile after being helped by her!! Due to the wonderful customer service skills she possesses I will continue to come back.

The last two times me and my husband have gone we have been disappointed and we dont plan on going back anytime soon. We got steaks both times. Yesterday we both had the steak kabob which is usually good. We ordered them medium and they were well done and dry/chewy. The waitress asked if we would want another dish made but we said no because we didnt have time (husband had to get to work). She couldve took something off our bill though! Very dissatisfied.

I have never had a bad steak here, and Im picky. Theyre always nicely seasoned, and, even more importantly, beautifully cooked. The drinks are big, the sides and appetizers are yummy, the service is friendly, and altogether those things make up for the fact that the atmosphere is rather noisy and kitschy. If youre craving a good steak in Dover, stay away from that other big chain on the north side of town. Texas Roadhouse is your place!

Great place for the family. Food is very affordable and portions are Texas size! Drinks are great for both adults and kids. Their bar is comfortable and offers seating with 360 degree view of the location plus multiple TV screens, usually airing sports. Their high calorie soft buttered bread is worth every bit of the 1000 calories. Delish! The franchise is located in most cities across the US, standard usually the same.

This is our preferred Texas Roadhouse and usually have consistent food. On the occasions that we have issues management has been very quick to resolve the matter and make things right! Wish more restaurants responded like management does here! Staff is always pleasant and cheerful when we are there. You might want to call for "call ahead" seating since during busy hours the wait can get long.

My wife and I just moved to Delaware from Texas, so our expectations were high. Texas Roadhouse has always been our favorite place to eat, it has always been our preference over the more expensive steak houses at home. The staff was very welcoming, and the food was amazing as always. We felt as if we were still at home, this will definitely be our "escape" back to Texas when we dine out.

We went on Saturday as soon as they opened at 11:30. Ordered salad and medium rare 6 ounce filet. Salad has gotten smaller. Steak was rare. Another waiter took the steak back and brought it back it was darker on outside but still rare in center. Took steak home. I will finish cooking myself.correction. Steak was raw disappointed in restaurant since they werent even busy

The food was wonderful and the service was excellent on a day that it was very hectic and crowded it was still a very pleasant dining experience. Are waitress greeted us promptly the food arrived fast and hot again its Mothers Day so for it to be so crowded the service was phenomenal everyone did a great job! Thanks for a great night out with my son!

This experience was awful. I picked up my to go order and discovered 3 things wrong. The manager argued with me about what is on the menu. He apparently doesnt know. He also lied about the size of my salad (side vs the whole that I ordered and paid for). This kind of thing seems to happen more often than not. I will not be going back.

I loved the food it was really great my mom has always been a fan this is my second time to come to this place there were some changes I can say that I didnt liked the service they were too busy checking on some other things rather than checking on their customers needs. Just probably a rough day. But I sure would be back

Service was wonderful but the steak was overly seasoned and tougher than I would expect. Onion "Blossom" was the worst version of this appetizer that I have had at the restaurants that I have ordered. I did have a good steak at this location about a year ago so I am hoping this was just a bad night at this restaurant.

I was visiting and had friends from out of the country with me. They asked for a nice meal so I took them to a sure bet: Texas Roadhouse! I eat at my local TR all the time and this one was a great choice. They devoured their steaks and got a kick out of watching the Staff line dance a few times.

Great food, a bit loud, but the food makes it worthwhile. Steaks are always excellent, much tastier than Outback. The rolls are excellent as well. We eat here regularly and the service while but perfect is certainly above average. Oh, and the ribs are incredible and well!

Was passing through after going to the pumpkin chunkin event in Bridgeville had to stop to compare with ours in oldbridge nj hats off to staff Wendy our server was excellent and manager james is doing a great job the 16oz.sirloin was on the mark great job see you in spring

Friendly environment!!! I came here right as they were about to close and thats usually a no no if you want good service and hot food but they still served me with the best service just as if it was lunch time, and they kept the bar open for me so that made my night!

Service was fast and efficient. Food nothing outstanding. I had veg plate with Cesar salad. Just bottled dressing dumped on romaine. No fresh cracked pepper. Chili okay, again nothing great, corn and sweet potato were yummy No peanuts on table though.
