Tried to give this BWW the benefit of the doubt but the negative reviews for this place are actually correct. This place was HORRIBLE! You would have thought for a sports bar they would of acted like they wanted your business on Kickoff night for NFL. First the hostess actually tried to sit us at a dirty table. It took them a couple of minutes to have someone come over to half wipe the table. I actually had to point out some of the stuff she left behind and she wiped half of that up. Then it took almost 10 minutes for the staff to even acknowledge us. It was only until the manager came over did the waitress then decide to come over. When I opened my menu it was filled with dirty water! Yuck!! My wife asked for a Arnold Palmer and the waitress actually had the audacity to suggest to my wife that she could bring out a glass of each and she could pour it herself! That naturally was the last straw. I drove 20 minutes to get there now I wish I had driven 20 minutes in the opposite direction. Never again!

Called this afternoon to reserve some space for a party of 30 to have dinner and watch the Pacquiao fight on May 2. Talked to a very nice girl who told me that they usually dont take reservations, but put me on the phone with her manager, Matthew, to see if something could be worked out. Matthew got on the phone and was pretty annoyed. He said: "First of all, we have no idea whether we are even having the fight that night and we cant accommodate a party of 30," and then HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I didnt even get to say, Okay, thanks, or ANYTHING. Just click right in my ear! Really? You dont want 30 people at your restaurant on a Saturday night at 9 p.m. and youre the manager? Okay. No problem. I will definitely NOT be there May 2 or any other night. Thanks for nothing, Matthew. Appreciate it.

Seriously worst experience ever. My family and I got to BWW at 6:45 pm and waited 10 minutes for someone to take our drink orders. People who got here after us had their drinks already. How is that possible? Everyone around us had their orders taken and we were still there waiting. At 6:55, someone finally came over to take our whole order. Food didnt come out until 7:40 pm. Then our server only came out once to check to see if we needed anything. At that time I didnt need a drink but then I ran out and she didnt come until it was time to pay. Honestly, worst experience here.

Too bad on the quantity decrease for wings. Prior this was always my Friday evening treat. until they reduced the amount of wings you get, but charge the same price. Like life insurance, Pay more for less the following year. Greed, tis a shame. Open to coming back if this is reversed. Any compelling coupons Id be open for a return to use said coupon. When paying around 21 dollars for 18 wings that are well made with the price point and quantity for people like myself its not a tough decision to move on. Hope most are cool with that and you continue to thrive.

The atmosphere is fine, but the beer was flat (bud light). The waiter was nice and timely. The food is really terrible though, it tastes like microwaved frozen food. Im not sure how this chain is so popular nationwide. There are way better restaurants in the area. Also, I dont know who took the photos above, because the wings come out in little cardboard boxes and they want you to eat out of them too, I dont understand it. Maybe its cheaper than washing plates? And they charge you extra for every little thing. Rip off.

My wife and I went for dinner. We both ordered something other than wings. I found the po boy sammich to be kinda okay, but wouldnt order it again. She ordered a burger, took one bite and hated it. She asked our server to take it away and she did. Then my wife got some of the wings and HOLY MOLY they were so good. Service was quick and friendly, chicken dishes were good (we took one to go as well as my wifes dinner), non-chicken stuff I would avoid. Well be back, definitely.

Bartender did a "squint and head shake" when I asked her if they were going to change from CBS to FOX and show the 2nd Championship game. Then she said it wasnt her job and walked away to text on her phone. Ten minutes later a manager finally came in and changed the channel. #82 has no business being behind a bar. Waitresses in the bar area hustled which is the only reason this is not a 1 star review.

BWW is definitely being cheap when it comes to the sauce on the wings. I order Honey BBQ Boneless wings and this is how it looks. BWW use to make sure the wings were covered with sauce now its definitely nothing but dry chicken. However I absolutely enjoyed the Strawberry kick coronarita. The service was good the waitress made sure we were good every chance she got witch was excellent.

Pretty good! Stopped in on the way home from the airport and I was pleasantly.surprised. Id say its at the top tier of all the chain places (Fridays, Chilis, etc). Food was really good and they actually had 4 or 5 vegetarian options. Good beer selection, friendly and attentive service. Will go back again for sure.

We ordered dry rub wings and the wings were overdone and just had seasoning sprinkled on top. The burger was suppose to be medium and it was well done and had no taste. It taste like a frozen bubba burger. It was over priced and will never go back. Cant believe they can sell wings like that. Very disappointed...

Beer. Wings. Thats what they do. Similar to Hooters with out the booty shorts. And almost an annoying hectic amount of big screens and projectors thrown throughout. They have a vast selection of sauces and dry rubs to go with the wings. But besides that your going to get average American faire dining.

A waitress was cleaning a table behind the one I was sitting at and had spilled ranch dressing ALL OVER my jacket that was on the back of my chair and was too chicken to approach me and let me know. Very bad service, horrible waitresses. They always seem stuck up and miserable. Wont be returning.

For a BWW franchise, this location is a bit below average. In the few times that Ive had lunch here, service has been slow and disorganized. Drinks are rarely refilled. Food has come out slowly enough to become cold -- after going through a deep fryer. Try another location instead!

Went for the UFC fight, was nowhere to sit. place was absolutely mobbed, the bar took 25 minutes to take our orders, while 4 or 5 servers sat in the cubby hole in the back corner chatting all night. Get your best people in on fight night, it gets crowded.

Service here is usually great, only time I can think of they were slow with handling a split check. The food is yummy and fresh. Prices are decent in most items, but if youre looking for boneless wings go on Thursday.
