This is hands down my favorite bar in the city. Eat before you get here or if its not too busy, order in (they let you do that here!). The place is small but the bar is pretty big and the bar tenders are pretty attentive. The owners are always working the room. The music is mostly over the system but towards the weekend, there is live jazz, blues, etc. Everyone at the bar is super cool so if you are a douchebag, please dont infest this place. And if you have any douchy friends, keep them at home.

Having been to many different bars in various cities across the country, I must admit that the Nomad Bar is a pretty awesome place. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was some really good music playing. People were really chill and my buddy and I headed over to the bar to grab some drinks. The bartender was really cool, got our drinks made really quick and didnt break the bank.

I always enjoy this place when I am in Wilmington. A noticeably well-kept space with chill locals, and few work travelers that venture down the street. Live music up front, quieter in the back. There is something pure about this place, really deserves five stars.
