I have had mixed experiences here. Recently, the staff can be extremely loud, obnoxious, and holding personal conversations at a loud level. Among Starbucks, it isnt the best one to get work done or even meet/chat for coffee given its loudness. Not a bad location geographically, but pulling out the parking lot and turning LEFT is borderline dangerous given incoming traffic. On the bright side, this place never has screwed up my order or treated ME poorly. Its just pretty loud and the lack of professionalism can be somewhat annoying.

The customer service at this Starbucks is perhaps the worst customer service that I have receive in my whole life. The person taking my order did not say hello to me after I said hello twice. The person who made my drinks slammed them on the counter and did not even look at me. My order was incorrect, and the person turned her back on me. I stood speechless. No wonder we are so angry as a country. There was ZERO human decency to go with my incorrect coffee order.

Not nearly enough employees on weekday mornings. I go in at 645am every morning and end up waiting in the drive thru for 8-12 minutes everyday, and Im the only car in the drive thru. Some days I decide to go inside in hopes that it will be quicker, but nope. They only have two employees total working at 645am. That is unacceptable to me. Those workers are running around like crazy, with no manager in sight.

I had the pleasure of going through their drive through last night and I wish I caught her name, but the lady in the window was a pip. Super friendly, wonderful personality, and quick. I always get reliable service here and the drive through moves quick - most days. Theres also an amazing deli in the same lot, so its a win-win for me.

I happen to love this Starbucks, Ive had many good experiences in the past. Mind you with their most recent layout I feel like they cut down on space for customers to work at. I cant just take a laptop sit down and work... Also its always busy, consider yourself warned...

As a Starbucks goes it was acceptable, however it was by far the loudest Starbucks I have ever been in. Between the music and the customers trying to talk over the music it was extremely loud. I did some work from here, but had to leave as I could not concentrate.

Starbucks has the best collection of coffee, and espresso drinks. I havent even been able to try all of them. So much sounds so good, you can also grab a quick snack if your looking for a breakfast sandwich, or even a brownie if you want.
