Service is not great at all. Served lukewarm water. No ice.They never kept the curtain closed in the back so we could see them wiping our plates with a rag and cleaning our pitcher before putting water in it. At one point the waiter didnt answer my question, I was completely ignored. Tried to serve us mango Lassi out of the fridge in the front instead of fresh. Long wait for food. After eating food, me and my husband still never received lassi. Then at the end of the pitcher of water, after pouring, I found some white thread looking thing in my glass. The food was good. Chapli kebab was unnecessarily salty, while my chicken makhni was sweet, still tasty chicken makhni. They give food portions of specialities, and good portion of rice. Able to feed a family of 6 with three specialities and many naan and 1 serving of rice. Good place to go if you dont feel like cooking but arent looking for anything special Food fits its price range. Sub-average.

The food at Kebab House is simply amazing. I havent had such great tasting kebabs at any place in Hartford area. We also love their paneer dishes. Surprisingly, the food isnt very expensive with most entrees in $10 range. If you are, however, looking for a proper dining experience with servers and ambience then you might want to reconsider. It was all missing when we went. Most people who came there were for take-outs. So all-in-all, if you are looking for great Indian food at reasonable prices and dont mind take-out then kebab house is the place to go.

Make sure with them they understand English make sure your order they have food which already cooked they can not change the spices and customer service very bad they just argument they dont fix your order they dont care about customer i will never come back on this restaurant.
