Just cant get enough! The first time I ever tried Indian food was at the Taste of Springfield more than 10 years ago, when Pintus had a booth there. Since then I have been going to Pintus and while it took me a few years I have even gotten my husband to enjoy it as much as I do, if not more. I knew he loved the Chicken Tikka Marsala as much as I did when I he started ordering my food spicy, because I use to share! We have celebrated many special events there and have introduced many of our friends to not only Indian food but to Pintus amazing staff, service and value for the price! I cant speak for the buffet at lunch other than I see it packed whenever I am there for a to go order at lunch. If you havent tried Indian I highly recommend the Chicken Marsala as an entry dish! After getting that same dish for years, I have opened my mind and now I cant stop raving about the Lamb Chop, the Combination plates and if I keep writing this, Im thinking Im definitely going to end up there for dinner tomorrow night! Oh and they have really great wine to pair with the food. We love the Pacific Rim as it goes well with Indian in general. So if you check it out, tell them EJ sent you just like he has the rest of his friends! P.S. they have an amazing salt water fish tank that the kids will love and yes they are very family friendly!

My wife and I went to Pintus the other night for dinner. Our expectations were high based on other peoples reviews. When we entered the restaurant the was no greeting of any kind except one question: "just two?". They sat us next to the bar after we specifically asked for seats away from the bar (there were seats in other areas). The indian female waiter approached to hand the menu and my wife asked if there are any specials, the response was "no" and she walked away. After a few moments we overheard our waiter, along with other short indian guy and some other person, mocking my wife because she asked about specials. We left the restaurant immediately and ended up going to the next indian restaurant in springfield downtown. Horrible customer service! Will never go there again.

I am an Indian and I can tell to those non indians that there are many better places to have good indian food at a reasonable price. This palaces price for simple food is like "rip off". Plus the man wih a long har, the pubjabi owner also have bad attitude. We will never go back to this price grouching place just for rice and chicken. I think these guys hates their own people from their country and buttering up and taking a ride to those innocent white people. Just boycott this place.

Not good customer service, I was there in bar, the bar tender and cashier were so rude. They discremnate among the the customer. They think only white and black people are their customer. I was there for nearly 1 and half hour he even didnt greet. The guy with black turbine ignore my question and at the end when I ask my bill the cashier got upset and showed me his aweful dark face. Dear friend this not the right the way to deal with Customer.

Good Food but not HEALTHY. Your artery will clog up with saturated fat. Avoid this place if you are a diabetic. I just read some reviews and saw some Indian people are not too happy with this place. The sikh man has bad attitude, I noticed. Acting like a smart ass. I wont go back here. Go to the one in downtown Springfield. Much better food, good price and way way better attitude than the man called Pintu. What a riot.

Pintus is a great restaurant- my family has been many times and the service, food and atmosphere are all exceptional. This is a great business in the West Springfield area and is run by a great team of people. The owner is very assertive to all of his customers! I feel like family entering and eating at this restaurant. They have the best Indian food in the Connecticut/Massachusetts area.

Ive never been to india, but when I step in pintus restaurant im transfixed. The illusion and all my senses makes me believe I walked from West Springfield into a door way too indias finest. Early afternoon is when they serve thier buffee, if you missed it dont worrie, theres a large selection in the menu, and they serve beers and liquor. I always have a great time at pintus.

A very good Punjabi (Indian) restaurant. We stay in the hartford area so its a 30mins drive for us, but we still go there regularly. The host is welcoming and the staff is very friendly. The restaurant is one of the popular places in the Springfield area. If you stay there or are passing through and have a inclination towards Indian cuisine, definitely give this place a try

Pro: This is a great place to try Indian food due to their lunch buffet. I tried a little of everything and definitely found some I really enjoyed! I appreciated not just ordering one item and then finding I didnt like it. Ill go back! Con: Salad is literally iceberg lettuce. Waitstaff is not particularly attentive. Still, as I said I will return!

I had the worst chicken 65 in my life. This is just another restaurant faking Indian Food. Red Mirchi and Mustard Tadka in chicken 65 is hilarious. Fake Food. High price. Fooled customers. Strongly dont suggest this place if you are looking for actual Indian food

Went there to have indian food in the area and boy, it made me sick to an extent of vomiting. What annoyed me the most was attitude of the owner after bringing to his attention the pathetic feeling I had after having that almost uncooked and unhealthy greasy food.

In terms of Indian food pintus cant be beat. It is delicious but I have seen them mix up the spice levels on occasion resulting in getting very spicy food when only wanting medium. They are also a little pricey

Definitely my favorite Indian restaurant in the area! Try the Pintus Porter, custom made by Berkshire Brewing Company. Very yummy and complements the Indian spices in the dishes nicely!
