So 2 stars because I specifically ask every time for extra duck sauce. Even say no soy sauce. Never once do I ever get extra duck sauce. Ive offered to pay extra I dont care I love duck sauce. Tonight our first time getting it delivered again ask for extra duck sauce. The guy got here very fast but gave a very good tip. But the bag had 2 duck sauce and 3 soy sauce. They are lucky their food is good. Next time I will make sure I watch them add the extra sauce packages in the bag.

Horrible service! Do not order here they are rude. Guy once tried to not give me my food because I didnt give him a tip. Now they say they cant deliver to my house because it is "too far" but theyve always delivered to my house, which is 5 minutes away from them. I think they say that now because I dont give them tips but I dont because they are rude on the phone. If they dont understand you, they will hang up on you but its their fault because they dont know English good.

i love your food honestly i order all the time from you guys and you guys never messed up my orders , it feels like you guys actually care about the taste and making customers happy and you guys never disappoint me , i went to hong kong on east main st and there food was disgusting no flavor nothing and the cashier and cook were very rude , you guys keep up the good cuality food

Just moved to Waterbury and tried a bunch of Chinese places. I can stop looking now... this place is the best. The food is delicious and fresh. The people were nice. Prices are the same as every other Chinese place but food is much better.

Cleaner than a lot of other Chinese Takeouts in the city thats for sure!Plus you can order online if your so inclined, either through their website or the BeyondMenu app on your phone
