If I could give this place a -10 star i would, i was disgusted by the poor customer service they have. Ordered honey chicken with white rice and broccoli . 1st - I got plain nasty chicken with pineapples , i didnt order pineapples with it 2nd - my broccoli was hard and cold not chewable at all horrible . then i got a little bucket of sauce i didnt ask for i even told the lady i didnt want no sauce at all . wanted a refund the cook or whoever is yelled at me infront of my family saying i ate 30 percent even though people clearly seen it was one bite and agreed with me , then out of the money tried to deduct a dollar for sauce i didnt want . Honestly Horrible i suggest going to china one in downtown and sun hing on east main st literally you will not be disappointed . NEVER EVER GOING TO THAT PLACE AGAIN , no flavor at all disgusted no wonder people dont go there should of listened to my friend

Horrible Customer service. I order my fiance and I food tonight with my fiance card. They took over and hour to deliver and my fiance stepped out to go to the corner store. I told the driver. He told me ok hold on. Than he just pulled off!! I called to tell them. They guy who answered was nasty and rude!! The guy said you dont have cash. I said no that is why i order with the card. He says who in america doesnt have 20 dollars cash on them. Im still waiting for my refund. Never again!!! I dont like rude customer service. Idc. If they dont refund me soon I dont mind making a police report.

I work in a nursing home I ordered food for residents not only did the person that took the order bu the person who delivered the food gave me an attitude like this is a regular business office. This is a nursing home with people who have emergencies on a day-to-day basis if your knowing that youre delivering to a nursing home you need to be a lot more patient with the people with ordering the food cuz if thats the case you shouldnt have delivered to any Nursing Home.

Worst customer service ever!!!!!! Took 2 hrs i paid with card hubbybwent to the store while waiting for food was never told needed card to be present driver was extelremely unprofessional saying why would you not have the card give mw cash or pick it up at the store screaming if i could give 0 stars i would then lady on the phone wanted to argue that she told me like i would go through that bs if i knew f this place first and for sure last time

I ordered here last week and they took an hour and 20 minutes( i live 2 minutes away) to deliver a simple order that they still got wrong. They put onions in my fried rice when I clearly said NO ONIONS and not only that, they didnt give me the garlic sause I paid for. Worst experience ever!!

The lo mein was burnt, the fried wontons were burnt. The chicken and broccoli was okay, to a point, it was way too much broccoli and no where near enough chicken. Definitely never ordering from this place again.

I ate here and less that 4 hours i had a stomach flu. I was vomtiting chuncks of the meal, sensative skin, chills and cold sweats. Dont eat there until they clean up their act. SMH!!!!!!!!
