To heck with this place. I order once a week to my house and my different job locations. I order so much I have thier drivers number saved in my phone since they call when theyre outside. I used to recommend this place to everyone because thier food is awesome however unfortunately in todays world theres hundreds of Chinese delivery and customer service is how any business survives. My last call to them was today when I made my order they insisted on charging me a $2 delivery charge. I explained to the woman on the phone, who started to yell at me, that I order all the time. She said the $2 is for the driver because its too far. I expressed to her that when your driver delivers to my house about a mile away I still tip him 4 to 5 dollars. She said it no matter it for driver because to far drive. Well, you just lost a customer for life over a tip that your driver was going to get any ways. And for the record the location I was trying to have a delivery to is a 6 minute drive from thier store this time of day. Rant over. I will find a new place to order.

In General, the food is above average for the area. But some items shine! Ex: The Boneless BBQ Spare Ribs Are Amazing! Nice square cut, darkened crispy outside but not burnt and very little fat! The prices are very fair and have not changed to much over the years and when it does, it isnt by much. But... service needs work. They are not very personable or friendly, even rude at times. Very hard to even reach them to place a order, taking 15 - 45 plus minutes for them to answer the phone. This was edited to better reflect my overall experiences their and not just a bad one. Being as I have ordered from there at least a couple dozen times over the last 2 - 3 years.

Poor service. Made an order for delivery and after an hour late still no delivery. Calling the establishment since the 35 minute marker and every 10 minutes since I keep getting told the driver just left. Attempting to cancel the order after waiting over an hour was just an argument with being hung up on 3 times. Will be debating the charge on my credit card. Never ordering from here again and urge others not to. There are far nicer establishments around. Ridiculous the excuses they were giving for not delivering the order within a reasonable timeframe. I order Chinese every week and its never taken more than 15 minutes from any establishment.

Waited over an hour for over 50$ worth of shitty food customer service is horrible I kindly asked if they would rectify the situation I was told and I quote"well what do you want me to do?"...Idk run a quality service for your patrons...all he had to do was keep a customer by being friendly and compensate for a failure in his facility...if you want good food and good service ...do not I repeat DO NOT CHOOSE THIS DUMP TO EAT AT

The food is fabulous, as you would expect. The service is what puts this place over the top. Our waitress, Liz was attentive without being annoying. Liz made you feel as though she was treating you in a way that was "just for you". The pricing here is no higher than any quality Resturant, but with quality service. Also thanks to Joseph for ensuring we had a perfect tabl for a person with a wheelchair. I love this place!
