It would be great if they would take debit/credit cards, its almost 2016. The cost of paying the fees will more than even its self out, bc more people would probably order over the phone with their cards. The other thing is that they dont deliver, either. If they took cards & delivered, 4 1/2 stars. Not phenomenal, but its decent. What youd expect from a "regular" Chinese restaurant. Prob the best Chinese in Torrington, consistently.

We have been going there for the past 5 years. The food is not always consistant half the time its better than anyone else and the other half is mediocre at best. Wish they would get with the times and let people swipe theyre card. Also really wish they would deliver. Sometimes home alone at night its difficult to pack up the kids and bring them all in. Id rather just pay the driver.

Food is absolutely delicious and worth the trip from 20 minutes away but the customer service could use some improvement I dont need an attitude when Im trying to pay with a debit card and they tell me it cost them money isnt that the price of doing business its not like I got $2 worth of Chinese food I spent $50 and they still gave me a hard time about using my debit card

Moon Star must have new owners! The lunch special was horrible! General Tsos chicken was literally floating in sauce. Mostly rice with about 5 small pieces of chicken, so must sweet sauce we had to pour it out of container. Prices have also gone up 6.50 for lunch special now! Very disappointing as this was the best take out in Torrington!

Food is good, but workers are not very friendly. They also only accept cash which is inconvenient. I mean, the whole point of eating out is for the convenience, right.

I would definitely say that this is one of, if not THE best Chinese restaurant in the city. Just give it a taste and you wont wonder why.
