Well I order my food online, all fine and dandy. A moments after placing the order I receive a phone call from the place and they stated that they wont deliver to Bethany (my place is literally 52 feet off the Naugatuck line up the road from Walmart and they have delivered here before!) their reason is because "its snowing" when in fact it is not snowing, it had snowed this morning and is now perfectly fine to drive through. They proceeded to tell not only me but my father as well that they wont deliver because its snowing when its not so we will no longer order from here seeing as its such an issue. I do not seek any sort of trouble with the employees or owner of New Moon, I just wanna share my experience and honest opinion for further reference to any customers that order food from it.

I just ordered 2 lunch express and 3 apperitzers today. The food was good,good proportion, fast delivery and my order was correct! Lately, I have be ordering from different Chinese place around town and either they completely mess up my order or they forget something and it takes them 1/2 hr to bring your missing item to you. ( Great China on New Haven Rd) so, I was very happy when my food from New Moon was fast, tasty and CORRECT:-D. Their chicken wing apperitzer was plump. The Spring roll was tasty , wish I ordered another one. Pork lo mein, chicken n broccoli, general tso chicken was very good. Im going to make this place my go to for Chinese food. Hope, the service stays consistent . Crossing my fingers.

I will never eat from here again. It was My first time eating from here and the food sucked. My daughter said the food was so bad that it made her sad. He chicken wings was really hard and dry, my rice was hard, and the large order of chicken and broccil only had 3 shrimp. Try to give the driver a tip and he ran from the door. I will not believe any of these good reviews, its almost like they paid someone to say good stuff about their disgusting ass food. Waste of $37.00

4/22/2017 do not eat here. 3rd time something in my food since 1-15-17. last one was on 4-20-17 delivery .there was a long ass hair in my egg foo young combo plate . they wanted to bring me another combo plate , i wanted my money back .i was told they are not a "taxi service" and they refused to give me my money back and insinuated i put it there because it was my 3rd complaint .do not eat here !!!! do not eat here !!!! do not eat here !!!!

When I first moved to town these guys were amazing, about 2 years ago. Lately every time I order from them Im astounded at what I just ate... They went so downhill with their food and idk what it is but its just poor quality and awful. I gave them so many chances to fix what theyre doing but every time for the past year its been so bad. Go to China town kitchen in town way better now.

Just ordered from this place. Beef and brocolie!! It taste and looks like flour. It doesnt even look like beef or any meat for that matter. When I squeeze the meat between my fingers it forms a paste like its flour.... never again will I order from this place. I dont know wtf these people just made me eat. But Im sending it to the health department to get tested

Good food, generous portions. Very generous with sauces and nothing is over-cooked like some Chinese place get. Only complaint is their spicy foods are not spicy at all. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Best Chinese I have had on Naugatuck or anywhere. All the meat is healthy and delicious. Do not trust other spots I Naugatuck, especially great China.
