Great, authentic mexican food. Having spend significant time in Mexico for work/Spanish immersion, Id highly recommend this place for tacos and beverages. Their aguas de tamarindo and Jamaica are spot on refreshing. The assortment of tacos that they offer are delicious. Our favorite was the tacos al pastor, pork marinated in pineapple and as jugoso as Ive ever had. Their prices are reasonable and the servings are generous. Best of all, the young man who waited on our table was kind and very accommodating. Wed come back in a heartbeat.

Ive been to plenty of restaurants, this one sucked they put parmesan cheese on my sopes and my tostada but not on my sons taco. Also when I told the owner he made a comment oh well when you go to McDonalds you dont eat a bite of your burger and give it back, I dont eat at McDonalds, and I took offense that he was that ignorant. Im a farmer and a hunter so I know good food. Dont go here go to taco mi nachos in merdien. They are polite and they have fantastic food.

This is a GREAT place to go! The prices arent ridiculous-theyre very very reasonable and the food is Amazingly good! The tacos de lengua are really tender and juicy. You get 4 types of chile dip/salsa with your chips. They vary in heat level, and taste completely different from each other. PLUS they also have menudo and pozole every day of the week! :DDD I HIGHLY recommend this place and will be going back soon for some menudo :D

I come hear regularly for lunch and leave happy every time. It has a taco truck feel but inside. The menu is simple and you cant go wrong with anything on it. The prices are very reasonable and the service is friendly. When it comes to Mexican food in the area, this is my go-to spot.

Real street style tacos. I didnt think they existed in CT, but they do, at El Amigo. And the ceviche is some of the best Ive had, and Im a ceviche fanatic... I love this place. The staff is laid back and the place is very clean... Im here at least once a week.

One of my favorite authentic Mexican spots. I come here time to time on my lunch hour. Friendly and inviting staff, the food is always fresh, and you cant go wrong with the price. Definitely gets an A+ in my book
