There is never a time where there isnt a huge drive thru line wrapped around either the parking lot (making it impossible to safely drive through to exit or enter.) Or the drive thru line extends all the way down the very busy side street, holding up traffic, making most go around them into on coming. They need to expand the drive-thru line to a double like the Wendys next door as well as every other fast food restaurant in the area. We always spend 20-30$ for my husband and I. He gets a steak doubledilla & crunchwrap supreme, and i usually get a mexican pizza or nachos bellgrande (never both lol) and a large drink to share.

I went to taco bell recently, the food was great of course, just have a minor complaint. I ordered three chicken fajitas and they kept on telling me that I was saying it wrong. Ive been saying chicken vaginas for years now and I never had a problem. Its a simple request and they couldnt understand what I was talking about. Then I wanted the cheesy grande with a medium large coke, still giving me problems.

today I bought from taco bell in Shirley,NY nachos with cheese and beans and the nachos taste old like a bitter taste to it, the beans just nasty I ate a little bit but couldnt finish and got the worst stomach ache never again I would eat from this place just nasty...

2 week ive came here and everytime i go to use my card it says declined. But i used it in the morning to get breakfast. Food taste terrible. They need to hire new people and get new card readers. It doesnt make sense how credit uses a chip but debit has to swipe.

Service was reasonably quick for the late night hours. I would suggest to try the doubledilla with chicken or steak, awesome. I will say that the drive through design could be improved. When the cars start lining up it can cause some minor parking lot congestion.

I waited 30 minutes on the drive thru and they didnt even apologize for the wait. Then when I get home my drink had no syrup in it, all the tacos I got had hardly any meat in it. Never again will I go to this establishment.

Lived in the area for 17+ years and have eaten there since I was 10. Rarely are the orders wrong and if they are they throw in free food to make good on there rare mistake. Clean place. Foods good and cheap.

Food is good. The drive thru though is designed terribly. It was clearly an after thought and any traffic in the parking lot causes blockage of drive thru and street leading into establishment.
