This place sucks big time!!! It is dated, dirty, disorganized and smells horrible, the food is disgusting, i cant believe a place like is is open to the public, the health department should really take action here. There is not custumer service whatsoever, they dont even know what that sentence means, Do yourself a favor and dont waste you money or time here, or put your health at risk, tacobell is more mexican than this dump that says it all. You are better off eating from the garbage can!!! Bad, bad, really bad, i cant even think of words bad enough to describe this dump. Este lugar apesta de lo peor!!! Es sucio, desordenado y huele horrible, la comida es asquerosa, no puedo creer que un lugar asi este abierto al publico, el departamento de salud deberia tomar accion aqui. No saben nisiquiera lo que la frase servicio al cliente significa. No malgaste su dinero o ponga su salud en riesgo en este basurero, tacobell es mas mexicano que esta porqueria de lugar, con eso lo digo todo. Mejor comer de la caneca de basura que volver a este terrible establecimiento. Malo, malo muy malo, El peor lugar para comer no puedo nisiquiera encontrar palabras lo suficientemente disminitivas para calificar este basurero.

TITLE: My 2 cents of the .27 cents you charged EXTRA for a condiment. My hubby and I visit this establishment regularly. Tonight we ordered 2 tortas 11.95 each and 2 cans soda..tax..paid 28.00. I began eating and thought I would like some green sauce. I asked the cashier/waitress for some. She informed me it would be .27 cents because the torta did not come with it. Really? It came in a small cough syrup dispenser size. I paid it. I had to stop eating...dig my wallet out..we had paid up front...dig out a dollar. Is the .27 cents really worth it to do that to a customer? It felt stingy and harassing all for .27 cents. I could understand if the little sauce cups were out and people were taking several. .but they are tucked away. How many people are possibly asking extra non included sauce? I really think the owner should reconsider this practice. I dont think it will serve you well with your customers. The .27 cent you charged us for a dollop of sauce...has already cost you. We wont return again and possibly others with this review. I will say the sandwiches are good. Not a good business practice...charging extra for a small amount of a condiment!

Im allergic to jalapeños. I made sure to tell the cashier and asked her about it twice to make sure my sandwich didnt have any jalapeños. I go home and there was so much jalapeño in it I thought they had done it purposely. It looked like they had chopped up a whole jalapeño and put it in my sandwich. I called and I went back to the place and they didnt want to do anything for me. I spent 30 dollars on two sandwiches and you cant do anything for me when you made a mistake? Oh and they were rude and saying things under their breath. Every time I go I receive bad customer service. Not only that but the fact that I also called my order in ahead and gave it 30 minutes. I get there and there werent any customers it was empty only to be told that I had to wait 15 more minutes?! Unless youre part of their family they wont treat you right. BAD SERVICE.

I ordered 3 different meals to go and was specific that i didnt want any bell peppers neither red or green. I told the order taker i would be back in 30 minutes and the place was empty. I came back in 30 minutes later and had to wait 15 more minutes to get my order. I got home and found that my order had both red and green peppers. I called back and was told "the gringo needs to buy a different dinner". In no uncertain terms.... The gringo needed more denaro to buy a dinner I already ordered. I wont and implore others not to support a place where the customer doesnt come first....as well as racial undertones i felt

After visiting Mexico, I was craving for some good Mexican food. I have tried Mexican food at many restaurants across different states in the east coast. I will rate cucaramacara as the best! The reason - their food is fresh, they make it in front of you. They make tortillas by hand in real time! I have tried tacos, burritos, empanadas, all of it is mouth watering. The hot sauce they give as side is really hot, I like it! Its a simple family owned business, go for the food, if table is available we dine in, else take out. If you do not like the wait time, order in advance.

Everything tastes great because of fresh ingredients, just do not go when it is busy.. one time I had a chicken burrito that had nearly no chicken in it, almost none.. which only happened once while it was busy. Place also closed 2 hours early another time because "the phone line was down" and it wasnt busy as I showed up with 2 friends who were trying it for the first time and the workers were locking up. Rare instances I feel like I just got unlucky.

Food was excellent! We tried the beef empanadas, a chicken burrito and a steak burrito. Good sized portions we only managed to finished the empanadas and a burrito between the three of us. The place was full service was okay. Didnt take to long to get our food but it took a while to order our meal. The front counter lady was a little slow taking the orders. They could use some more help. Overall Id go back for a quick bite.

We live in New Hampshire and Cucara Macara is our favorite restaurant pit stop on the way to and from New York City. We love, love, love the Polla Allaplancha Torta! It is our every dream. Wonderful customer service. I have been coming here for years, and though sometimes it is busy, it is always wonderful. Worth every minute waiting. I cant rate this eatery high enough!

Terrible service!! bought over $100 worth of food, front cashier muttered under her breathe the entire time, if you dont want to service your customers then dont open a business !! Over priced and if you ask for extra sauce they make a disgusted face!! Outrageous!

Im only giving this three stars because the price is NEVER the same! It all depends on who is ringing you up. Dont bother looking at the wall for prices because your bill wont match. Although the food is excellent and it is definitely authentic Mexican food.

So Delicious! Stopped there on a whim and was blown away by the quality of their fajitas and tacos. I cant wait to go back and try some other things on the menu! Only complaint is the price -- they are not cheap -- but still worth it for the delicious food.

Authentic tacos and more, DElish! Nice atmosphere, the servers are very friendly. We found the place one day and loved it, came back with family, and we will be back again. They need MORE EXPOSURE, so GO and tell everyone!!
