MY DININIG EXPERIENCE IS ALWAYS GOOD WHEN I EAT HERE, BECAUSE ITS ALWAYS OPEN WHEN I NEED THEM TO BE. ITS ALWAYS PLEASANT AND QUIET AND THE WAIT STAFF IS ALWAYS AT OUR EVERY WHIM. RECENTLY I WENT WITH A PARTY OF 4 AND WE HAD BASIC SANDWICHES AND I HAD BREAKFAST AT 8:30 PM AND I LIKE THAT. I USED MY CREDIT CARD TO PAY, LEFT CASH FOR A TIP AND WE WERE ON OUR WAY. I CHECKED MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT 1 WEEK LATER TO FIND I WAS CHARGED $65.00 FOR MY $41.00 MEAL. I WAS DISTRESSED TO SEE THIS AND WENT TO THE DINER HOPING THEY WOULD UNDERSTAND, BECAUSE I ACTUALLY SIGNED THE SLIP WITHOUT LOOKING AT IT. I WAS MET BY A VERY NICE YOUNG LADY NAMED DEBBIE WHICH I EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED AND WHAT I HAD BOUGHT THAT WEEK BEFORE. SHE UNDERSTOOD THAT SOMETHING GOOFY HAPPENED AND REFUNDED THE DIFFERENCE BACK TO ME AND EVEN WITH A SMILE. I WILL CONTINUE TO GO TO THIS DINER NOT ONLY BECAUSE OF HOW GOOD THE FOOD IS BUT BECAUSE OF GOOD NATURED PEOPLE LIKE DEBBIE. YOU CANT MISS HER, SHES REALLY PRETTY WITH A PERFECT SMILE.

Stopped in for a bite to eat. The establishment is very clean, including the restrooms. Ordered dinner that came with mashed potatoes and stuffing. The stuffing was very good with cranberries and apples in it. The potatoes on the other hand... tasted either over cooked or instant. The Chop was cooked the way I wanted it and was mildly seasoned. Ive been a trucker for over ten years and I have eaten many many places. This was not the worst, but also not the best. The staff was great, and the waitress was attentive to anything I needed. She earned her keep, hard to find a hard worker in this day and age. Overall this establishment isnt too bad....but I wont be getting mashed potatoes next time.

I was there tonight on a date night with my husband and his food had a black hair in it that looked like a pubic hair. To top that off there was flies on and around our table and our waitress was rude and pushy. She didnt give us time to look over the menu and came back 3 times in 5 minutes asking us to place our order. You get 1 free refill per person, our cups were still half full and instead of bringing us another cup like theyre supposed to do she took our half full cups and topped them off and didnt replace our straws after she touched them with her bare hands. All in all it was a really bad experience and we will not be returning there again.

so Im staying at a hotel across the street and I needed a snack. There is nothing close that I felt like walking to, so I just went across the street to this diner. The staff seemed friendly enough but I just went to grab a pastry and leave. They charged me $3.25 for a brownie and it was horrible. Im sure the foods better but Im in a bad mood now.

I went here for a late dinner and got a waffle and eggs. The waffle was rock hard and cold. It seemed like it was cooked a long time ago. The eggs were very cold and horrible. The waitress saw I wasnt eating and said I didnt have to pay for it. The way she said it sounded like she gets this a lot. Had to go to taco bell after..

Was disgusted at the fact that I got one of their chocolate covered croissants and there it was after I bit into it, MOLD! The refrigerated case it was in, was NOT cold. It was so gross and Im tempted to call health services after it had clearly sat there for too long in a warm environment.

Rooms on lower floor are non-smoking, but still a faint smell of cigarettes in the corridor. Our lower floor room felt damp unless we set the AC to 68. Beds, pillows, plumbing, AC and lighting are OK, but in our room you have to be a contortionist to reach the TP while seated.

The food was cooked very well, I had one of their burgers. The fries were crisp and delicious as well, just the right amount of salt. Waitstaff is very polite and check on you often, but not too much. They give you your privacy. :)

Bad meal, still feel sick. Had the chopped steak there, tasted old and mushy, glad I did not finish it. Told the waitress how bad the meal was, she just walked away. Interesting review I clicked one star and it comes back as 5 star

We ordered breakfast and it took like 30 minutes to come to us (after 10-15 minutes of waiting to order). There were hardly any other people there and the hash browns were clearly pre cooked... not sure what the hold up was.

This is your standard diner. They have a wide variety of standard diner food to choose from and have improved over the past couple of years in terms of food and atmosphere. They are open 24 hrs on Friday & Saturday.

Went here on 4/8/17 at 10 pm and the food was not good at all. Sent back two meals was still charged and had to send a mixed drink back to get made right. Our server was great but couldnt make our food great.

Pricey, Semi clean, pretty cool setting, but screwed up simple BEC on bagel, small swatch of cheese and on hard roll, coffee was burnt too, heard others complain about wrong orders. Maybe it was an off day.

I return to Twin Colony mostly because of the location. The food is not terrible, but too often boring. The soup I had on my most recent visit was excellent - so there are gems to be found.

Typical diner. Food is usually normal greasy spoon type food. If you need food and dont want to go to Burger King across the street, then stop in.
