We heard so many good things about Paradise from colleagues and so we decided to try it out for ourselves. Since Paradise Indian is a chain restaurant, we were expecting something like Panda Express. This was just opened up like a week ago. Overall the food was great. Great curry and great naan. We had the Dum Ka Gosht (Goat), Goat Biryani and the Onion Kulcha. They offer a variety of spice level and we had mild. And mild still had some heat and im indifferent when it comes to heat. Just to make a note, the goat meat they used is still on the bone. It should be suggested to let their customers know that ahead of time. Overall, everything tasted fresh and authentic. Whatever clay oven they used for their naan preparation defiantly taste brand new. Give it a couple of seasons and itll defiantly give a more "Paradise" taste. This will defiantly be to go place for Indian cuisine.

We always order chicken biryani and goat biryani. Chicken biryani is very good but goat biryani, goat pieces are not tender and soft. They are very hard to chew. The taste is different when we get biryani on weekends vs weekdays. During weekdays the rice is so dry and we felt like the biryani is made 2 days ago and they microwaved it and gave it to us. We never liked the biryani when we bought during weekdays. During weekend the taste is good and rice is fresh. So we stopped going here and only going once in 2 months over the weekends. We opted for other restaurant. In the beginning when they opened the restaurant the food is good but after few months biryani is not great and quality came down when we order to take home. We usually like paradise in New Jersey and thought the same but the taste is not the same.

Such a worst experience I had going into this restaurant. They say the timing is 11:30 am to 3:00 pm for lunch but they dont even open Resturant until 12:00 pm sometime even 12:15 pm, even if opened not everything will be ready and the closing time is mentioned 3:00 pm, but they will not allow you to dine in after 2:30 pm. It will be so embarrassing when you reach there with your family and friends and they say they cant allow dine in. The worst part is they dont even allow to take what left out it buffet by 2:30 If they want to close by 2:30 its fine , but it should be mentioned. Never recommend this resturant for people who expect some friendly service and atmosphere.

One of my friend told me about this location and that theyve recently established. My visit with my friends was to try the main course lunch, but to my surprise they had their special buffet today. It was THE BEST experience. Were never satisfied with any of the Indian restaurants around, but this place impressed all of us in the best way. The whole place was filled with positive verve and homely atmosphere, delicious food. Great team! Im gonna stop by this place every week for sure. Thank you Team!

First of all they are (ab)using the name of the popular chain "Paradise Biriyani" to mislead people. The place is too congested. We went for Sunday lunch. They offer too few dishes in the buffet but charge too high. Service was rude. If you are OK with fewer dishes try Star India on the same road, but at a better price point. If you want better dishes and a nicer ambiance try Coromandel cuisine, again on the same road, nearby. This place offers very little.

Dum biryani both chicken and goat are awesome. But other than that the food they are cooking is not that great. we ordered chilly chicken its salty. Chicken korma dish is sweet its like they took tomato purée and put couple of chicken pieces in it. They are named after the best food place in Hyderabad they have to live up to that name.

One of the worst place for buffet . They dont fill the sufficient amount of food in the dishes and servers dont even care if we ask them. When they cannot fill all the dishes why do they have to keep the buffet its more like eat what ever is left and pay the full amount. I have been 3 times for buffet but faced the same problem

One of the worst customer service service I have experienced here. No manner, no courtesy. And guys please update in google if you are closing at 10 PM. Google still shows 10:30 PM. Nobody is dying to eat ur place, there are plenty of restaurants are here. All the best guys, lets see how long you survive.

Definitely not worth all their biryani hype. Im a vegetarian.. found the other sabzi ok but veg biryani was bland and just too plain. Not enough herbs n spices.. was just like plain rice. Nothing great.

Awesome food. Avoid going for the buffet after 2 PM on a Sunday because it gets really crowded and sometimes they run out of food. Great vegetarian options. Try their Malai Kofta.

Great food and service. I have not eaten many of the dishes served, and was given time to ask and given recommendations. I will be returning for the Samosas.

Spicy Indian Cuisine.., if you are looking for Indian food with spice level 2-3, this is the place. I liked their biryani more than the curry and veggies.

Food was pretty good, even included an extra piece of chicken. Not as good food or prices as some places down the road in New Haven, but still alright.
