Slow drive thru...Guy in front of me drove past cashier because they were so slow leaving his food behind. She charging me for his food, which then had to be cancelled. I immediately pull over in the BK parking lot and the food was cold. They must of packed it when i ordered and it sat there for 10 mins while i waited. I am done buying food in North Haven. I will go to Hamden, Wallingford, or East Haven.

This BK gets pretty busy with all the Greyhound buses that stop here on the way to Boston or NYC but the staff gets the job done. The restrooms are very clean for a fast food place too. If youre on a Greyhound express bus thats running between Boston and NYC, this is where your bus will most likely stop for its break.

Ive always loved burger King, the prices have gone up over the years, but when there are coupons or deals they are usually great. Like now for the longest time they have been doing 10 chicken nuggets for 1.50 which is cheaper than any other fast food place, and they also taste much better than the competition.

We stopped by here on our way to New York from Boston. The service was slower than it should have been for a place expecting a large number of bus travelers who stop for a break. The employees talked amongst themselves and didnt pay much heed to my requests to hurry my order.

Fast order. Can be slow when Buses stop by. Drive thru is tight. Clean bathroom, clean dinning. Ok staff. No play grounds
