I absolutely loved the previous iteration of Red Robin at this location and visited regularly. I was sad when they closed. They had a great staff and it seemed a smooth operation. I had hopes raised when I saw Red Robin open here again, but this new one is just not on par yet. Too many people that dont know what theyre doing and not enough people that seem to care about getting things done right the first time. The food is generally still delicious and you can still customize it to your hearts content, but all too often your requests are screwed up somehow. Orders sometimes take a while to come out even when theyre not busy. Id say who I recommend to have the best chance of your order being done right, but every time I go there shes already so busy helping everybody else do their jobs that I dont want to make it worse for her! If you have a craving for Red Robin, by all means go. It hits me now and then. Just be ready to be patient. Theyre not bad, and there is potential to be great again. This location is in the mall so theres plenty of parking. Outdoor seating is available. Bathrooms are modern and clean. I will reassess and update this after each visit.

If you want Red Robin. Do NOT go to this joke of a location. It closed once before and needs to close again. Its even worse!!! Now if you have an issue or complaint..They just shove a corporate contact card at you!!! They know corporate will not do anything for you other than say they will contact them and try and make it better. We have had food that was actually not edible on a take out and received no kind of compensation at all. For food you could not eat!! The fries are always cold and taste like white unseasoned frozen potatoes. The burger are very sloppy made and have hardly any toppings. They never come out as ordered as far as your taste..Rare to well done. Save your money!! There is far better burger places. Jakes Wayback is cheaper and yet fresher and over all better. CLOSE THIS JOKE DOWN....OK I have a correction since my post...Corporate did after my 2nd complaint ..(At least letting them know) gave me a credit on my rewards account. Never at Milford again..But another location we will use it. So they do listen!

Visited the restaurant last night after Christmas shopping. My wife and I sat at the bar and were promptly greeted by Nicole. Ordered Wings, Tavern burger (no sauce-mayo on the side), Avo Cobb salad a couple of drinks. The burger came out cold, no mayo. The Avo Cobb salad came out without the chicken. The server took back the salad and after a 25 minute wait time-we gave up. My wife ate 1/2 the cold burger, I never got my salad. Asked for water and that never came. The manager came out with an attitude as if we were disturbing her. Never offered apologies, didnt utter one single word. The restaurant was not very busy nor was the bar area. I visited a Red Robin in North Jersey and really had a great experience. I will never visit again..

Poor poor customer service,, we waited 45min for our food ,, the waitress didnt have a clue how to take orders correctly,, the food was over cooked chicken hard , pretzel bites burnt , drinks water down , they didnt even take our glasses nor plates off the table when was needed ,, oo before sitting down the table stank like dirty rag we asked can the b wiped down they only did one spot , so we had to ask AGAIN, finally they did it right,, poor service waste of a 300 dollars bill ,, thanks but your food is not YUMMMM,,,,,

This restaurant was a epic fail. I ordered a burger w bottomless fries and soup. I never got any fries and they served the soup on my burger plate when I asked for my soup first, with no fries and I waited 30 minutes for fries that I never got I just was handed a check I didnt ask for yet. I should have complained then but I dont believe in complainers wanting free ish. I post this to warn those that might want to try these idiots, run from this place they really dont know about resturants or service because it is horrible.

Bergers left a greasy feeling in your mouth. The sauce was the only flavor in the berher. Service was poor. Another waitress helped us more than our own. If we asked for something, it was forgotten. We never got it. We were never asked if we wanted refills on drinks. And bottomless fries took 15 min to get. Wont be going back. Thank you to the other waitress that helped us.

Decent food, terrible service. This is the second time Red Robin has been in this location. The first time the service was terrible and they inevitably closed. Second time around the service is terrible again and the restaurant is always almost empty. Seems like its just a matter of time til they close again.

No stars due to the way all yhe employees treated us. The cachier and all the waitresses treated us terrible because they made a huge mistake of charging me 3 burgers. The manager was kind to help and I wonder how he is not tired of the employees there. Terrible I cannot believe the way I was treated.

If you want great service and tasty food DonT eat At Red Robin in Milford mall.The worst place Ive gone to.Our waitress was so lost .we waited more than 45 minutes for our food and our appetizer never came.We asked waitress to remove barbaque from our burgers and they came smothered in barbaque.

I went the first time and the food was mediocre at best. Went a second time to see if I just had bad luck. Nope, food still was garbage. If you want a burger, there are many better options within a ten minute drive. The food court even has better food options. Do not go to this Red Robin.

Bottomless fries. Cheap drafts and margaritas. Friendly staff might be a bit understaffed but the service makes up for it! Definitely check it out and be sure to join the rewards program. Getting a discount, on top of cheap prices is really a steal!

Horrible. Food was bad, my fries were the best part of my meal. The service was terrible, I got served close nothing and was rushed to leave. Absolutely horrible.
