Tried it when it first opened and it was good. Never going back after todays experience. Wife ordered crispy chicken classic, I ordered turkey classic. The turkey burger had great flavor. My wife tried it and liked it. Her crispy chicken came out burned and dry. We told staff and she ordered a turkey classic instead. It came with water dripping off the lettuce, a soggy bun and it was too salty for her to eat. Meanwhile, all the staff is hanging around one table laughing, joking and eating while one girl is cleaning tables. Dont waste you time or money here. There are several good burger places in the area. Big Steves Grill, Saints, Fancy Burgers, & Franks, Wood n Tap, even Wendys is better.. Chick fil A is scheduled to open across the street soon. Cant wait...

I was excited to try this place but I wont be going back. I ordered for pick up and it took 8 minutes for the kid on the phone to take me order. When I got home the bbq cheddar burger had no bbq sauce on it, and onions which I asked to take off. I ordered a cobb salad they never gave me sauce for it, and it was very small. The kids meal didnt come with the apple juice or applesauce it was supposed to come with, and the fries I ordered where not in the bag! My sandwich was thrown together I was so annoyed. I couldnt go back because by the time I got home they were already closed. With this many mistakes on one order I assume they will not be open long. Ridiculous.

This place is not very good. Ordered online, the only thing they got right is that my food was ready for the time that I requested. Added bacon to Chrispy Chicken Sandwich (which was dry and overcooked) and didnt get it on there, which I am thankful for because the bacon on my cheeseburger was undercooked and stringy. I also ordered a bbq bacon cheddar burger. I substituted American cheese and didnt get it, still had cheddar on it. Barely any bbq sauce, dry burger. Fries are terrible too, rubbery. This pains me, but Id rather eat at McDonalds.

Ordered a Truffle Mushroom Swiss Burger and Sweet potato Smash fries with a root beer. The burger was one of the best i have had and it came out quicly. I was not clear when i ordered my fries, ended up getting regular smash fries and they were very good. When i mentioned that i intended to order the Sweet potatoe version my server (Joseph) insisted on bringing me an order of them... they were delicious also! Before i left the manager gave Joseph a couple coypons for free side with my next burger. Quick friendly service and delicious food.

My Grandson told me, Nana, if you want to try the best burgers, You must go to smashbuger. I kept procasinating until i finnally went with him and my husband, I must admit i regret not going when he asked me to. They are by far The Best Burger i ate in my life. Juicy, fresh and just deliciouse. You must go. You will have the best burger in your life. I recomend the Avacodo club burger and the Smash Fries.. Although you will enjoy every burger they have..... Decided to try the place. We ordered two burgers, a side of fries to split, a shake and a malt. The shake and malt came out rather quick, except there was no malt, only two shakes. 15 minutes later and our food wasnt out yet. To be fair, though, it was quite busy. After 18 minutes our food arrived. Burger order was correct, and the burgers were very good! Fries were quite good too. Overall it wasnt a bad experience. I would probably come again just for the burgers.

Ive tried smashburger twice. Both times I ordered their current signature advertised burger. Neither time was I impressed. Its not bad, but there is a severely lacking "wow" factor for my money. Smashburger is definitely on the upper end for pricing and the a la carte option for fries just adds to the expense. It seems like a quality meat product and the toppings are fresh. The fries are very good. I just find myself wanting more value for my money.

We went to the Smashburger in Southington, excited to try out the burgers after the reviews, but didnt get that far. The restaurant opens at ten. We arrived at eleven and waited over TEN minutes for someone to assist us. There was NO customers in the restaurant. An employee looked at us twice, never asked if we needed help or got someone to help us, and then proceeded to sit down and eat. Since no one ever assisted us, we finally left.

I cant understand for the life of me why they have a 3.3 in stars??? I go there often and their service is exceptional and the food has always been great. I couldnt ask for more from a burger place. Also they donated to the Southington Knights cheerleaders and are always friendly and willing to help the community. I love smash burgers and I love the fact they have sweet potato fries

Ordered food and specified we have gluten and dairy allergies. It was late in the night so we were rushing to get home. They put cheese on our burgers which we didnt notice until we were back home. Absolutely ridiculous to specify on allergies and have them still mess it up. I have been to other Smashburgers with no issues. Will not be returning to this one.

The service was good, and the burger was OK. However, the staff hyped it up to be out of this world, and told me Id definitely be coming back for more. I can say that while I thought the food overall was alright, it is definitely not worth the money you pay for it. Overall for the quantity and quality you get, there are definitely better deals elsewhere.

Good tasting food with a variety of burgers to choose from, and good presentation. However, it took nearly 20 minutes to get my food at 2:30 in the afternoon, and its a bit pricey. Its nearly $10 for a burger and fries without a drink. Also, the ketchup seems to be of lower quality. I expect a little more for the going price.

They got many bad reviews but it is not that bad, their Turkey burger its good. They should make this restaurant like a casual dine in, if I want to go to a counter to order, there is many MacDonald, so they are doing bad just because they should have waiters and table server.

SmashFries are delicious, could probably use less oil though. I had the Classic SmashBurger and it was meh. Not a fan of the egg bun that is standard, but happy to learn that they have other bun options. Will definitely revisit to try the chicken sandwiches and a shake.

I tried it with my wife and 2 teenage kids and the food was good but definitely not worthe the money. 4 burgers 4 drinks and 3 fries was $50. The amount of fries you get is equivalent to a medium fry from McDonalds. The staff is kind of rude also.

Stopped here for the first time. The food was just alright. For the price there is definitely better. Go down the road to Saints. The wait took a while just for a burger. We had to wait to get a table too. $21 for two of us sharing a fry.
