Went to Jakes last night.. Store was empty and it still took over 10 mins for our burger. Then the person brought the burgers over and I said this isnt what I ordered. She said switch burgers .. So we did and I looked at my burger again and I said this isnt what I ordered and she said yes it is.. Considering she wasnt even there when we ordered.. She was practically yelling at us. I asked if she was going to make me a new burger and she said no it wasnt their mistake.. Asked to speak to the manager and she told me she was the manager. I said are you going to make me a new burgher and she said NO.. Can you believe this.. They make a mistake and wont fix it.. I wrote to the corporate office and have heard nothing.. I will never step foot in this place again.. I left there stunned that a manager would speak to a customer like this..

Appearance and staff when you first walk in, gives you a dirty, unprofessional and grimey feel. Besides being overpriced, it took 20 minutes for 2 normal burgers. To top it off, the light skin slender girl (Aliicia) working the grill looks like she hates job and throwing food around and never changed her gloves while touching dirty surfaces and handles and then touching food!!! Finally got our burgers and they were missing Grilled onions. Which she never apologized for and just said it will be a few more minutes after already waiting for 20 Minutes already. Heres a tip, get cleaner, more courteous and professional and clean individuals to serve the food. Theres a million people out there without jobs that would gladly do your job 100% better for less then you make and do it with a smile. Get Bent mofos!!!!!!!!

Came in around 7:30 and there was no line at the cash register to take my order. Somehow cleaning and doing other assorted tasked trumped my needs. When I finally did get my food, the cashier did not ask if I wanted dipping sauces. After I had received my food I asked for a ranch, then he proceeded to tell me how he was going to charge me for it because I didnt ask originally. The service was absolutely atrocious. Ruined the whole experience for me. Its the little things that bring people back. Get it right.

I just went to Wayback Burgers and the three workers on Saturday night were phenomenal! They were fast, efficient, and were really upbeat. The food was very good and in my opinion, those kids work very hard. Regardless of the conditions, which probably need to be updated, the service was great. I prefer the East Windsor wayback to Rocky Hill anyday. However, they do need more people working because sometimes there a lot of people that are rather impatient.

I have to say I was surprised to see that they were using real hamburger and made their burgers from scratch. I was quite excited to hurry and eat that burger but unfortunately we waited 20+ minutes for our food. Need more help, the cook was overloaded but she did a great job getting the food out as soon as possible. Needless to say the burger was delicious but more help is needed. I will be back only if I know I have the time;

Food was ok, BUT.... For the price I would have expected amazing! Nearly a 30 minute wait for a single burger and fries. The staff was bickering among themselves (mostly the male cashier) about who was working harder and who has not eaten all day. Overall not a very friendly place with the stress between the staff. And it was very cold in the building, should have eaten outside. Not sure I would return.

Ordered on line @ 10:30 Am for a noon pick up so that I did not have to wait. I ended up waiting over ten minutes and the 12oz milkshake that was over 3 dollars was a RIP OFF. Last time you will see me there. the only thing there, thats not wayback is the prices. Should rename the place Jakes ripoff burgers. Also your employees were on their cell phones while i was waiting for my order.

Worst service ever, literally. We order here for lunch, and i mean literally every time we are missing stuff (not just 1 thing like 1/4 of the order). The employees are similar to the scarecrow in wizard of oz....no brains. Seriously its bad. there on their cell phones while taking orders. Way overpriced, Five guys is much better, dont waste your money or your time going here.

The 2 ladies that were running the show the day I visited kicked ass and were making the best of everything (one cooking and the other one as a cashier/backup cook/server). Burger was good; could use a little seasoning, but overall it was a good experience. They need additional staff, in my opinion.

Really terrible service and hours. Dont show up within the last hour before they close, consider their true closing time at 8 not 9. For the people you deal with the food is not worth it, the food is good but just dont put yourself through this experience.

If you are hungry do not come here. Poor speed and service. The place is hot as hell so you dnt want to eat in there a real piss poor place. I would gate too c the wait time if tgey were actually busy

Service was slow and lacked personality (cashier yawning and stretching in front of patrons). Beef and Turkey burgers lacked seasoning and the buns were cold.
