You guys should consider adding negative ratings because even one star is too much for this useless place. Before we walked in, there was a homeless guy standing outside asking for money. the 40 dollars I spent in there would have been better spent on him. 1. When we are buzzed up for our order, 3 items are missing from the order and we have to show the receipt to the cashier so he would go get the 3 items. 2. The Foosball table is a left handed table. Im not sure if this restaurant is aware but most people are right handed. 3. The shakes and burgers are expensive and tiny for no reason. If it was at least tasty that wouldnt be a problem but no. The price neither worth the quality nor quantity. 4. This was the first time in my entire life where I tasted ice tea which was cold water with a Lipton tea bag and unsweetened. Someone needs to get a better definition of how ice tea is made. 5. The only nice thing i have to say about this place is the way it looks. It has a nicely designed interior but I came for for food & shake, taste and quality and it failed miserably.

Family of 4 arrived 20 minutes before closing on a Sunday. Clean restaurant with a couple of TVs and a shuffleboard table. Friendly staff. First time here, but heard about the one in Manhattan from my sister. Photo of the special burger of the day looked small. I asked the employee and she confirmed it was just a 4 oz patty. So I opted for the double and a Slumptown Coffee Cardamom shake. Burger was cooked crispy giving it the crumbling edge. It had a good flavor but on the dry side. The shake was runny. That was $16. Also at our table were a couple of cheese cups to go with the fries. The cheese had a great flavor but also had a grainy texture on my tongue. They were served in cups like in one of the photos, but were only filled halfway and was clumpy. Like we just got the dregs at the bottom. Fries were great. Overall I was underwhelmed.

My first Shake Shack experience, and it was a good one. It was about a billion degrees out, and we stumbled into the air conditioning hungry, sweaty, and cranky. While a bit on the pricey side for "fast food," this can be forgiven because the quality is so much better. The beef was of much better quality than your average drive thru fare, and I like my food cheesy and sloppy, which it was. The tall Narragansett lager can hit the spot on this hottest of days. A shackburger, a double smokeshack burger, an order of fries, and two beers came to $29. We lingered in the AC after we ate and played a game of foosball, which significantly lifted our spirits. One complaint: Id like to see a heartier bun. The bun is a bit flimsy considering how hefty and messy their burgers can be.

This place was awful, youd think for a place called Shake Shack they would make good milkshakes. A third of my milkshake was pure soft serve, my friends was LITERALLY just pure soft serve in a cup. A paid $8 for a hot dog and a small shake, which tasted like nothing. The soft serve in my friends ice cream wasnt good either he told me. My other friend got bottled water and plastic bottle was so thin it felt like if you dropped it, it would go everywhere. Finally, there shirts are called "Shake Swag"... seriously... if youre in a town with many colleges, all of which are extremely difficult to get into, you might want to call it something more sophisticated, rather than a term only douche bags use. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The Shake Shack should be used when explaining the laws of marginal utility. It is the best, and man i mean the best cheeseburger in the whole world the first time you eat it. then the second time, it loses some luster. The bun gets a bit soggy, and you realize that if you dont eat in record time it becomes just another cheeseburger. Plus my kids got three shakes for $5 each, of which they took two sips and threw them out (becuase they are kids). So, i would say you HAVE to go once and try it, and then wait a while before going again it will always be a magical experience and make sure your kids share a milk shake.

Overpriced and fatty, I get indigestion every time I eat here. Beyond that, rude management. I once arrived *ten* minutes before the store opened, and an employee (out of kindness) let me in to shelter myself from pouring rain. Not a minute later, the manager stormed by, shouting at me and the employee about allowing in an "insurance liability" and forced me to stand, not in between their double doors, but outside *in the rain*. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

A big order slowed things down, which was frustrating, then someone used an almost empty ketchup dispenser that due to its low volume splattered out and exploded a bunch of ketchup on my back. At first, that, plus my becoming hangry with the wait was getting upset and frustrated as there no apologies, but then the manager was super nice and made everything better. Will go back to this location. Shake shack is a great place to dine, here, and elsewhere

The ambience is pretty good. Great place to take your kids as well as just grab a quick and nice lunch. Had the Spicy Chicken Sand promo, which was good, but not as good for the price I paid. Fries were alright, would prefer McD fries or Quiznos fries any day of the year. I should have probably gone for a normal burger, which everyone seems to enjoy. Overall, good place, a bit too expensive for my expected cost:quality of food ratio.

Possibly...no, actually the worst burger I ever had (if there was a lower rating, I would have selected it). McDonalds makes a better burger (about the same size) for 1/4 the price without the diahrrea factor to worry about. It was so horrible, I threw more than half of it as well as my raw fries away. The Foxon Park root beer was the only good part of the meal. I so wanted this place to be cool, but I will never return.

Really good fast food burgers, definitely a step above McDonalds, Burger King, and other traditional fast food. The eponymous shakes are excellent. The only thing I dont like is that its a tad too expensive for what it is. Whenever I eat there I feel like it might have been a better choice for spend a bit more and eat at a good bar or something. Still the food is very good and Ill definitely continue eating here.
