Arrived to meet a good friend; we couldnt get reservations for a small party, but we were seated promptly with a choice of bar or dining room, both the seater & wait staff were welcoming & very timely. I asked to change the blackened chicken pasta dish from cream sauce to olive oil, with no issues! Bison burger was delicious, although a little messy (wet) to eat. Food was fresh & delicious. Calimari was lightly breaded & delicious, hummus/vegetables platter was ample for 2 or more to share. Didnt ask for bread, but will next time. Actually came back the next day with a pretty picky group & we were all very satisfied with food & service, having atlantic salmon dinners, spinach salad adding grilled shrimp, fish & chips & bacon burger (cooked well, but still messy to eat) this time getting desserts, fudge brownie & chocolate divine which were delicious. Wait staff were very prompt, professional & friendly. Our new go to restaurant!!

when i first walked in, there was a hostess standing and talking to people.. she did not once acknowledge us and walked away.. so we stood there confused if we were supposed to seat ourselves or not, after about 10 minutes of standing around like idiots (should of have just left) someone else came and seated us. after we were seated, i noticed the seating around the bar area was extremely congested; every time someone walked by i had to stand up and let them get through and i was bumping chairs with the person behind me (annoying to say the least). our waitress was very nice, but extremely slow. it took forever to get a beer (each time) and there was maybe 20 people in the establishment at this time.. the scenery is beautiful, but the employees need some serious training. i cant say i would go back here any time soon.

This place deserves 5 stars across the board. Our server was one of the best waitresses Ive ever had. She was fast, polite, and very friendly; not even that forced type of friendly, it was very genuine. We got nachos which were perfectly balanced with the amount of cheese, meat, beans, and vegetables. I had their Bison Burger which was honestly one of the greatest burgers I have ever eaten. It was glazed with a hint of sweet chipotle, and came with an avocado aoli (basically a mayonaise) and crispy onion straws. It was cooked perfectly medium, and their sweet potato fries were crispy, yet not dried out either. Whenever Im in the area Ill be sure to stop in again for their wonderful service, atmosphere, and food.

Seriously poor service at midday on the patio in mid July. And the restaurant wasnt crowded! Same treatment to a table of 8 senior golfers next to us. We were invisible ? I got up and went in to ask for service. Service was slow and items ended up missing from my burger. Going from the patio to the main entrance or the restrooms is a tangle of chairs and tables in the bar. An obstacle course to get across the room. Did NOT LIKE it here. Will never go back. The food mediocre and the service? HORRIBLE.

Enjoyable and good food. They do a good job of having fresh ingredients on hand at this restaurant. The waitress I had this evening was very good and took care of the problem when my salad came out incorrectly from the kitchen as I have allergies and the other server wasnt obviously paying attention. I do hope that this can be taken care of in the future so that if I didnt have such an attentive waitress it would not have been dealt with as quickly.

AMBIANCE is Great! Agree with other review, as This IS The Nicest Location Ive Experienced. However, Here (Right Now) Sunday 5PM... Not Particularly Busy; Service Was Disappointing. As Food Came Out Rather Late and Warm, and had to Nurse an Ice Water as Server was Not Attentive. LOVE Wood N Tap -- More Likely to visit a Different Location.. Best Of Luck

Ive gone to a number of Wooden Tap locations and this is a very new one. Its absolutely beautiful inside and the patio area is exquisite. This is one place you can go to with a large crowd and a big party and theres enough room for everyone. I also took advantage of their wide selection of beers and I tested out three different ones.

Great food!!! Great gluten free options!! The place looks very nice. The service was not the best. Long wait time to get the check after eating. The server brought my correct check but then closed out a different check with my gift card. The issue was eventually corrected but it took awhile.

I like the food, the one weird part is they have people constantly watching the tables with ear buds like Secret Service Agents for when you are done. Makes me feel rushed. I understand table management, but this place is over the top.

The best of the chains Ive been too. Friendly staff, good food, large selection of beers. The atmosphere is nice as well as the architecture. Set up so the noise is cancelled out. Been with friends and with family. Will be back.

The restaurant has 3 different areas, one is outdoor, another in the bar and another one more private. Really cool decoration, the food I got was delicious. I couldnt stop eating the Tater Tots!! Amazing baby ribs.

This must be the newest restaurant for them. It is done very nicely compared to the others Ive been to. The food is solid and if you expect good regular menu selections with a little twist you should be happy.

Q was my bartender he was not only an amazing bartender but he also cooked my food! Talk about accommodating this guy ran the show and made me and the group I was with felt like we were regular VIP customers!

This is a great place for the after work crowd, lots of bar seating and great happy hour. However the service could use a little pick-me-up. Besides that food and drink selection were fantastic.
