I ordered from them on grub hub well there was a computer mistake on my phone i ordered a cheese pizza ex cheese on there end they got cheese pizza extra cheese add spinach. I would never order spinach on my pizza no one eats it in my home. When I called and told them my issue they told it wasnt their problem and that they wouldnt exchange it for the right pizza. I had to order from another pizza restaurant so my family would have dinner tonight. Worse experience ever. Oh and at first they were going to give me a discount on my next order. That is just laziness in my opinion. Oh and they were late. What happened to customer service what assholes.

Worst experience ever. I called at 6:22 and ordered on online menu I called at 7:09 when it supposed at 7:07 mind you i work as a nanny is about 10 mins up the road the little boy who I ordered the pizza was legit fighting to stay awake and I ended up having him to give him his bottle before bed. The pizza finally showed up at 810 and His bedtime is 8. And they still made me pay! Dont go here horrible service!

The pizza here is just fair and if youre not willing to trek to downtown New Haven for Modern or Sallys then it will do. Long wait too; it seems like if you call in an order for pickup they dont start it until you arrive.

We have ordered from here three times once the wings were way over cooked, every time the food was cold. The forgot an item and took them 40 minutes to send the rest of the order. Their sand waivers are not good either.

I remember coming here as a child and always looking forward to eating their pizza. 10 years later, the wonderful, savory, juicy pizza taste is still here. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
