I went into the 3450 Whitney Ave, Hamden location to eat. I needed to use the restroom and the woman asked if I would be getting food and I told her that I WAS. She then rudely informed me that I needed to order AND checkout BEFORE she would give me the code for the restroom!! This rude individual then proceeded to COUGH all over the work station while making my sandwich!! Ugggh. Absolutely disgusting. Complete lack of manners, tact and customer service. Unbelievable! I will NEVER AGAIN return to this location and spend my money here. This employee should be ashamed of her behavior and her manager should not allow this to continue unchecked. If I could rate this experience LESS than one star I most certainly would. Extremely disgusted. Mike Carlson

I frequently go hiking nearby and have gotten sandwiches here before, and would gladly do so again, but that as a matter of policy they refuse to give you water unless you spend money. I will go elsewhere for food.
