When there yesterday 7/25/15. The employees are cheap with the food as they serve you for something you are paying for it isnt correct. Compare to other Chipotle Mexican grill restaurants. Never like this. When I had ask for cheese she didnt put as much it was really little so I ask her for some on the side she told me that would be extra without telling me how much? So I ask her she said $I.00 thought it was not fair specially when you know the different between (normal and extra) they did the same thing to my fiance who was next to me next in line but with the rice very little he didnt say anything tho about it he stay quiet. At the end on checkout they didnt know what was are food. They did looked lost. It was a bad customer service. I can say I would not go back to this location to eat here again. I will and rather go drive the extra mile to other ones near by that dont have this issue.

Customer service is very bad. We are vegetarian and we found a big peace of meat( eating meat is against our Hindu religion ) in Chipotle bowl.We complained & showed it to Manager in Hamden CT and they did not want to believe us. We will never eat at there restaurant again. We used to eat it once a week for four of us for last2 years. But our children got very upset with them serving Meat in Vegetarian bowl.

For anyone who is busy busy busy like I am Chipotle is a great place to go when you need an actual meal fast. I get so tired of greasy, unhealthy food but rarely have the time to cook. Being able to go to Chipotle and get steak, rice, and beans wrapped in a warm flour tortilla for under 10 dollars has been a great help and treat for me. Im glad we have one in Hamden and hope the business prospers here!

Food is great but staff is super slow and unfriendly. Went in today and the girl skimped on just about every ingredient. Had to ask for more rice and salsa and still did not fill the bowl. Said thanks and she didnt acknowledge me after completing the order even though it was dead at time. Would be a 4 or 5 if it wasnt for some of the staff.

I go to this Chipotle pretty often. I like it. In the past, there have been some issues with customer service and speed of service but I havent had any problems in recent memory. Occasionally there can be a long line but thats to be expected when you have great food.

I had a bad experience at this chipotle. I noticed that a piece of chicken looked weird so I was examining my food and I found an inchworm on my lettuce. I was disgusted and was not able to continue eating. This shows how unsanitary this restaurant is

Dont ask me how, but this Chipotle manages to give a bad name to this chain. Twice as many employees as other locations do half the work in double the time. The food (which should be the same as other locations) is bland and soggy.

Typical Chipotle restaurant. Sometimes the lines can take upwards of 30 minutes. Also, they tend to run out of certain items regularly. I used to eat here weekly but have definitely cut back because of the experience Ive had.

Long lines and a poor selection of toppings for your food choice. The amount of salsa you get for your chips is not nearly enough. Employees were not very friendly. Go to Moes across the street.
