I never thought id write a bad review seeing as im an easy going person. but the customer service and employees are awful. i went there with the sole reason of using a coupon i had gotten in the mail. i ordered my food via drive through at about 8pm. i then pulled up to the window and gave the male cashier my credit card with the coupon right on top of it. He advised me the food would be ready any moment and to pull up to the front. so i pulled up to the front. after sitting there for 15 mins. the food did not come out. i walked up to the door to try to go in and it was locked. at 830?? the insides closed?! i thought it was strange to say the least. i then looked at my receipt and the cashier did not even charge my coupon. so i pulled around the drive through there was one other car at the window and they made that car pull up to the front to wait for the food there. after sitting at the drive through window waiting for service to see what happened with my order and why he didnt charge my coupon i see the cashier walk up from behind my car in the drive through claiming he locked him self out of the building! DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS BUSINESS. The employees are terrible and rude. It seems to me management has some changes to make if they want to have a successful business. LOL also after 45 mins of waiting for fast food. the cashier tryed giving me the difference of the coupon with change out of his pocket. he was rude and persistant it was the right amount. i had to take my phone out and do the math for him. so i can get the money back from the coupon he didnt charge. absolutely ridiculous. These people are not bright or friendly.

Came to the drive-thru had to pull around the corner and wait for food because they had no chicken nuggets ready and when they actually brought the chicken nuggets out to us they were called how does that work? And the girl making the drive thru I was too busy talking on her cell phone while she was giving us our order and when she came out to give us the rest of the order she was still on her cell phone and just said here to me.

Dropped by 8/12/16 at 10:10p. Complete absence of customer service. The attitude of that miserable employee taking orders and money was the worst. Taking our money immediately but making us pull up as though get out me face. Management be advised your morning up until evening staff is phenomenal. That trash working after hours is a disgrace.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Aparrently they dont open at 6am so be aware of that. The rude manager in the morning informed me they open at 630. Really??never heard of them opening on the half hour. Maybe you should get to work early then you could afford a car to get to work in time you rude horrible woman!

Place always closes way before midnight, so cross your fingers at night, food is usually good but the service reeks here, i mean seriously , the people here talk down to customers as if they are in the streets, if you plan on using a coupon tell them ahead of time or else they will yell at you, be forewarned!

So this place sucks badly. The drive-thru is super slow. Bones in chicken nuggets?!?! First fast food restaurant that has ran out of french fries and/or Soda at times. My last time at this place was when the girl at the window said she needed to take a break because she needed to take a s**t.

Food is ok, but the staff seem miserable. I have gone through the drive through and asked the employee there to give me a moment. They ask you, "are you ready" over and over in an impatient manner. Mind you there is no one behind me. Its usually the ladies their that give the attitudes.

Someone really need to get in there and really clean up that place. The people that work there are always messing up orders, the food taste old nothing is never fresh and I think its disgusting. Really the city needs to get in there and really do something about this place.

I come here in the evening typically once a week. I work with people with special needs. The staff is always very pleasant and understanding of the the individual I bring. The service is prompt and the food is always hot. Ive never had a bad experience.

Slow buisness. Took to long with only two cars in the drive threw. Then she said that Burger King doesnt sell milkshakes. I just bought one the other day though. Lastly could tell the food was carelessly thrown together.
