The amount of ice cream VS. what you pay for is ridiculous. We ordered 2 small chocolate cups and 1 chocolate cone...the total came to $8.xx. Now think about this - a gallon of whole milk cost between $3-4 anywhere. How much soft serve ice cream do you think you can make with a gallon of whole milk?...A LOT. Well my chocolate cone was so bare that the ice cream didnt even touch the outer rim of the cone. My wifes chocolate cup (which she ordered with cake crunches) had barely enough topping to think you were getting a dash of pepper on top. And my sons chocolate cup serving was definitely not worth the $2.xx they charged for it. This is our local ice cream shop and Ive experienced this same kind of service repeatedly, to the point where I felt like I had to share my experience on here. Safe to say that I feel ripped off and have no desire to go back.

This is not comparable to farm fresh ice cream but on a hot day it hits the spot. There are many different kinds, from cones to splits and they have all different kinds of toppings and candy to make it with. The place has both indoor and outdoor seating and is usually busy but we never had a problem finding a seat. There is also a drive thru but I think it is quicker to go inside and order to go. It appears clean and there is always someone emptying the trash and wiping tables. All of the employees are friendly and helpful.

Its Dairy Queen. The food is grill fair and the ice cream is fantastic. This one has a drive through and a small, odd-shaped parking lot so its easy to get boxed in. Nice days & evenings will bring huge crowds, but the staff is friendly and move fast. They bring the orders to the tables which is nice.

The cashier who rung us up was EXTREMELY rude and had such a bad attitude! It was so obvious he was in a bad mood and didnt want to be working. However the server who brought us our ice cream (which was not bad) was friendly which made up for the unprofessional attitude of the cashier.

This place sucks bunch of air head southington teenagers that need to spend more time in school and not at work fooling around with each other messed up my order after rushing us and had to explain which sauce I wanted to go with my meal 3 times STAY AWAY AT ALL COST

I think its just funny that you order a blizzard and they look at you with a straight face turn it upside down and say you see and the blizzard has a cap on majority of the time something with a cap things dont spell out but the ice cream is good

This was a nice DQ and I found the service and food to be on par with what I am used to from DQ, What was different is that this newer DQ managed to feel dated, and there were no baskets of condiments for the tables, other than that it was great.

Bought a blizzard and they did the flip upside down to show how thick it is and it had a soda cup lid on it. Defeats the purpose of why they do the promotion.
