They are rude and disrespectful. Ive been waiting on a call from them since June 19 and still nothing a month later and 3 calls to them a week. They remodeled and spent all this money to make it look nice (still things dont work right) but dont have proper security for as they say "valued customer". Even west Haven cops say that the managers there are no help when it has come to their guests being robbed of their belongings and money. The management team and ower of this store is a joke. If I am such a valued customer why no call back or an e mail??? You dont care about us and are safety and are kids safety all your care about is taking our money and making youre selfs richer. Your all need a crash course in manners respect and how to treat your customers like this one who had been coming there for over 6 years. Thanks for showing your true colors Burger King looks like you just made me and my family and friends McDonalds customers now.

Similar to another reviewers comment: typical fast food experience. Though i should note this location was recently renovated, so perhaps its a little nicer than average (nice bathroom!). I usually go late at night, and the staff are friendly and patient. Also i think in the several dozen times Ive been to this location I have had few, if any, mistakes from my customizations and certainly none serious. They even had a pothole fixed soon after i mentioned something about it. I know they would likely have had it patched regardless, but considering how long it had been there and how soon it was patched after I commented, Im content to think my comment made the difference.

Okay so i brought my wife her the night of our honeymoon and WOW the food ws top noche excellent. This place offers a wide variety of food and boy let me tell you try there whoppers man they are just unbelieveable. the service is over the top great you get served a sit when come in and they offer you free toys in your happy meal. If you really wanna take someone very fine like i did with my wife burger king is theplace to be. FIVE STAR RATING;VERY EXCELLENT

Took me 10 minutes to order my food another 30 to actually receive it customer care was very disrespectful going through the drive-thru is no different I was told to leave while waiting for my food if I wasnt going to buy any I had explained I have been waiting 30 minutes for food and I do not appreciate that disrespect they apologized and 10 minutes later I save my food so overall they were terrible I will never go back there

Its like any other bk but some of the staff makes all the difference like Mel he is so kind and he takes so much pride in his Work-ethic and all ways bringing a smile to my face he the reason I keep going back but every one is Usually nice

Terrible customer service, rude staff. Went there different time frames didnt matter. Drive thru is worse. Cant make an order without getting an attitude, even with a simple order of a cheese burger. Very sad

They close very early. At 11pm. And only drive thru its open. Incase you plan to walk through the drive thru, dont expect any food.not from here atleast. McD youll surely get. Lol.
