The worker over there is way to rude. Last time we called in like at 12:00.And the 3 minutes later we called back in and said we needed to cancel the order because we had to go somewhere. Then he said its already done, but they said the food will be there by within 45 minutes. So basically this is telling me that the food is already done and they still have to wait 45 minutes to bring it over! And then the next time I called in the worker said oh I have already erased you off the costumers list. I said whats that suppose to mean. He even said that I have bad grammar but he has grammar is thats even worse.

The man who in charge is very rude! I never experience such mean service. First, I know what time I ordered my food because my cell phone tells us what time we called & how long the call was. After being ALMOST a 2 hr wait. I couldn't wait any longer. The man did not say sorry he told me how I was wrong & HUNG UP. How old is this man who runs this place. NO WONDER WHY they have coupons. They do not respect people. I will NEVER go here. Learn how to respect others please!

This place is a joke. They took over lakeside pizza and brought quality down. Their food is highly overpriced and the portions are nothing to write home about. Pizza is very plain like frozen pizza. If you live on the southwick area you have probably received one of their illegal fliers that they stick in everyones doors, or in the case of my address they simply leave stacks of their fliers in our halls. Place is a joke and the owner Franco is a liar.

I usually benefit from their delivery service. They provide a hot product that has an excellent taste. Sure you have to wait. But I live in Southwick. The Cost is a little high. It is worth it for the product quality and service.
