The food is amazing! Myself, my family, and the company I work for have been going here to order food or sit in and dine since they opened. The owner is always there and he is very friendly. Although the service as far as the girl at the front desk is terrible. Very nasty, no manners and when asked questions she says "I dont know". Well in my opinion thats not great service! I like to have friendly staff help me, it always makes for a better time. She is not a "people person" at all. Also, their online menu is incorrect. Their prices have gone up and when suggested that they change that so we know how much our order would be before actually ordering (for when the company orders) there was no answer from her. Well, Ill continue to go ONLY for the food because like I said, it is amazing. Best burgers around!

Burger Shack was my favorite restaurant. I say was because its really gone downhill lately. Food is cold 3/4 times I go now. The friendly staff that used to work there is almost never around anymore. The people working there now dont even respond when you say thank you to them. They just stand there or walk away to go talk to other workers. Pretty rude and very unfortunate. One guy there, I think his name is Cody, is great. Unfortunately he seems to be the only person working there that actually cares and Ive seen less and less of him. When the food is good its great, but too often the food is cold or the order is wrong in some way. Overall I cant recommend them sadly. Ill update/write another review if/when things turn around.

I got one of those Internet deals for Burger Shack where I could get $30 worth of food for $15 so I decided to check it out. I went on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy but we were able to snag a table. The menu is impressive and I really regret I did not see their shake selection (at least half a dozen delicious sounding flavors). There is something for everyone including beef, turkey, and veggie burgers as well as hotdogs, chicken wings and tenders, and fries. The food is not really anything special but will fill you up without emptying your wallet. Burger Shack is worth a visit if you are looking for lunch in the area that is not traditional fast food.

When my friend asked what wanted for dinner I just said a burger. So he looked up places to go with good burgers that is cheap because we broke. So we saw the reviews for this place and said sounds fine. As I walked to the front door, a bald eagle came out draped in the American Flag. I walked in and ordered the most American burger possible, a bacon cheeseburger. But this was no ordinary burger, it was stuffed with bacon and cheese, with delicious fries and a refreshing coke. At the end of the night I ordered a milkshake that was out of this world. If you ever want a good, inexpensive burger, this is the place to go.

The food here is great. If you want a burger and you live in Suffolk County make the trip here. You wont regret it. They have a 15 for 30 deal on yelp. Cant be beat. Burger shake and fries are all insanely delicious. They also have a 48 ounce burger challenge if you are REALLY hungry! The first time I went they were so nice! Was greeted by a middle aged woman who was awesome. The second time I went there was a middle aged man working who was extremely rude. Not sure what his problem was maybe a bad day. Anyway I dont come here to chit chat. I come here to fill up on awesome food. This place does NOT disappoint.

I would have given this place a full five stars because their burgers are awesome but there is one issue that I have. It is a place advertising delivery but they never deliver. They are either too busy or their driver is far off in a distant place so an order wont go out for another hour. Maybe they should limit their travel distance for deliveries and this wont be an issue anymore. Its frustrating when I am home with a sprained ankle craving those delicious burgers and yet....delivery shunned....

What can I say about my favorite burger spot? Always clean, always friendly, and always fresh and delicious! The best burgers I didnt make myself. Theyre way more than burgers though. The Shack also has a fantastic breakfast menu, awesome wings, and fresh made hand spun milkshakes! Tell your friends, bring the pack...I guarantee youll love the Burger Shack!

Dont let the words Shack or Coram fool you. This place is exactly what the reviews say. Great food, friendly staff and owner walking around greeting customers. There is no way you couldnt be satisfied. They really go out of their way to please their customers. Will be back soon !!!

This is easily the most underrated burger place ever. I came across it by accident and was happily surprised to find that the food is absolutely delicious, you get a fantastic amount of food for what you pay, the staff there is very nice and its quickly become my new favorite spot.

One of the best burgers I have had in a while! I loved the onion rings, I couldnt believe how good the sweet potatoe fries were and I am looking forward to coming back! I am glad there is something else over there in Coram besides Burger King!!! Keep it up!

I was skeptical my first time going here because its a small shop on 112 in a developing area. But I was totally wrong! The prices may seem a bit high but you get a huge burger with an amazing taste, totally worth it! Its now my new favorite burger place!

The burger was overpriced and looked like what you remember from the school lunch lady. I was warned that the food would make me sick and it did. Too bad. the menu looks great, but the food is lousy. Someone needs to wash his hands . . .

First visit! Absolutely fantastic! Best burger I ever had. My Son had the wings also outstanding. I had the Philly burger, my other Son had the big O and we all had cheesy fries. Food, atmosphere, everything was great. Mr. Hanlon well done.

Burger Shack is a local business that supports local businesses. The meat comes fresh and not frozen from a local butcher. Do your part, skip the Five Guys and go to Burger Shack!! Unless you go for the nuts, you won;t be disappointed.

The prices just do not match the portions. Specifically the fries. They are very good fries but its 3 dollars for the smallest portion. If you are okay with just paying high for the quality then you should try it for yourself.
