I have lived downtown for several years. At least once a week , if not more, we go to Pandas......NEVER AGAIN, i called to order,( my husband walks down to get our dinner).....i place the order, before i hang up my husband hands me a receipt that states Panda owes him an egg roll , they omitted one from his combo the week previous. I mention this to the woman who starts going into a tizzy, about there is nothing in the system under my home # never giving me an opportunity to tell her perhaps its under my husbands cell phone #...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS THE WINNER IN THE END....FOR BEING BERATED FROM AN EMPLOYEE, AND TOLD I CAN ORDER ELSE WHERE OVER AN EGG ROLL....I WOULD NOT EVEN WASTE MY TIME GIVING YOU A 1.0 IN MY BOOK YOU ARE A Z E R O.......AND I WILL SPEND EXTRA TIME AND MONEY FOR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE...........NO MATTER HOW WONDERFUL YOU THINK YOUR FOOD IS THERE IS ALWAYS BETTER AND LOT OF OTHER WONDERFUL BUSINESSES WAITING FOR US TO ORDER FROM....... .I AM FACE BOOKING, TWITTERING AND POSTING, MY REVIEW OF YOU......

Good food the lady the freaking counter is freaking joke shes a completely idiot, I call for a delivery she put me on hold after 5 minutes of wait I called back all she told me was I need good costumers and hang up the phone 2 times 3 time I call and asked for the person in charge to make a complaint she hang up the phone again so I walk in into the store as soon she saw me she said hi and started telling her I was the person who were trying to get a delivery and why she was being so freaking rude so I ordered my food and after it was ready I walkout the store and they kept the food i didnt wanna it maybe they can learn restaurants and every others public business stay running from us costumers we can go spend our money where ever you want .you have to give the costumers the attention and the service they are looking theres a lot of more different places out there even better

They were very rude and dismissive. They didnt make my order as I had requested and when I explained that I was unhappy with my order the lady said that it cannot be fixed. She took the bag, tossed it to the side and told me to never come there again. She said "order from somewhere else." She began talkin to her colleague in their language and he then started in on me saying they have a lot of order and other customers.

Im so disappoint it i order plantain with chicken wings and i found lots of hair on the food so i called back to report that and they said that they sorry but they are so busy and they cant help us smh im at the hospital and order there for the first time i called all the nurses from where im at and its so disgusting they not ordering nevere from u guys again.. Just remeber we the ones that keep ur business running

I would like to give it no stars....lady in the front is a complete idiot...the food is good but they are miserable ...I was a 200 dollar a month customer ...and came in one night to order some chicken wings and they would not take my debit card because they have a minimum...I tried to explain to her I had no cash ...she choose to lose a customer over 4 wings .. I have not been back since

Ive been looking for a good chinese restaurant since i moved to Bridgeport & Panda is probably the best ive tasted and have really fair prices. I love the hot & sour soup and Chicken w/ broccoli. It ALWAYS tastes really good to me and my family. We like it. :)

Been there several times because I live down the street. Each time, i have ordered something different. Disappointed every time. Wish I could say it was favorful, hot, tasty, but it just isnt. I would not recommend.

Expensive! Not a lot of food. Now, smaller containers. You pay for money for delivery and the person doesnt have change. He stays with a lot of your money. Happened to me three consecutive times.

I live downtown and order from here maybe once a week, great service -- the woman behind the counter (who I assume owns the place) is very nice and friendly. Food is good and delivery is fast.
