Overall, quite disappointed with the service and the speed at which the food came out. We went on a Saturday and they were plainly understaffed. The main dining area is maybe 20 tables, it was half full, and no server to be seen. Apparently we were ordering at the counter... would have been nice to know that, as this place isnt set up like a counter serve... Once we placed the order we waited 45 minutes for two salads and a pizza... The salads were small for the price, 7 bucks for a medium to go container moderately packed with lettuce and tomatoes and not much else... The pizza was redeeming, it was very good when we finally got it. But I wont come back and wait 45 minutes for it. Try at your own risk, maybe they were having an off night

Food was fine. Waitress did not check on us once. I had to go up to the front to ask for things. Service was horrible. I left a smaller cash tip on the table, due to bad service and payed for me and my wifes meal (24$) on my credit card. I just signed the bottom of slip. Come to find out the waitress wrote in a 10$ tip for herself. I contacted a manager named Steve, and he refused to credit me the money back. Dishonest employee and horrible customer service. I would rate 0 stars if possible for this reason.

This place has been consistently bad. Weve kept giving them chances because the food is always decent but the service has been terrible every time. Ordered a b.l.t. With mayo and "everything that says comes on it on the menu". Got no mayo or anything that the menu says comes on it. Come on pine loft! Basic stuff here, get it together. Youve lost a loyal customer.

The pizza is fantastic. Great cheese, and not too thick. The calzone was on point, and the cheese doesnt drip out. I also enjoyed a wonderful rootbeer float. The customer service is above and beyond awesome, and I would definitely recommend Pine Loft Pizzeria & Cafe.

I ordered a meatball and cheese sub it was dry no sauce when i took a bite the meat tasted burnt and old when i opened it up it looked like crumbs of burnt hamburger meat i will never order food from there again 12.00 wasted

Fabulous food and excellent service. Cozy cabin vibe atmosphere. Very good choice for a date or family night out. Great variety of food. Very good prices! We go there once a week!
