My family & I go out to breakfast in the central & northern CT very often. Weve tried a lot of breakfast places but we all agree this is by far the best place in CT. Right on the lake with stunning views. Very clean & modern unlike a lot of local breakfast places. We find most breakfast restaurants are dingy & out dated but Legends gives you the vibe of clean & caring. Seating is so comfortable & placed beautifully. Lots of room which is so rare! Staff is outstanding, no crotchety waitstaff to give you a negative vibe. Menu is simple and easy to navigate. When I complimented the owner on her outstandingly formatted menu she expressed complete worry & quality of the menu. You could tell they put in a lot of hard work to make it perfect & it definitely shows! The food is the best! Never had a bad bite. Fresh homemade eats. Just like Mom makes at home. I recommend any omlets & HOMEFRIES because they are one of a kind. Cant find breakfast food like this anywhere. My family & I do not personally know any owners etc & this review is 100% accurate according to other locals that venture here as well. We hope they keep up the quality & stay for many years to come. Also, I saw other reviews on Legends & I can say anything less than 5 STARS is ridiculous (they dont go into detail so please ignore). Thank you Legends for giving my family & I a great breakfast place to come together!

Let me start by saying there are many better options for food in and around southwick. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Owner is disrespectful, food portions are a joke for what you pay for and the food is not even good. Since getting their beer and wine license this place has gotten even worse! I would recommend McDonalds over this place. If I could rate it zero stars I would.

Beautiful view, staff is polite, the food is mouthwatering! So peaceful, will make this one of my regular spots. I got the blackened delmonico steak; so good. I thought the prices for some of the other entrees is a little up there. But the steak is so worth it. The place is very clean and beautiful alone not including the view of the lake.

Food was ok but portions were a little off. The service was terrible went for breakfast never got a drink refill and just wanted to leave however it took our waitress 30min alone to grab the check! The staff was all just sitting and talking at the bar to the kitchen staff.

Waited 45 minutes for the food and it wasnt right. Never came out to see if we wanted more coffee or anything. Horrible!! Do not recommend this place.

A favorite spot to sit on the patio & look out over the lake with a cup of coffee - food is decent too, worth a try!! I love this place!!!

Our waitress was Dotti and she was wonderful! Gave us great service and extra friendly. Breakfast was great and would definitely return.
